(29 Feb to 6th March 2024) organized by DSIFD. We have reviewed the itinerary and understand the purpose of the
trip as well as the activities planned for the students.

We acknowledge and trust that DSIFD will take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of the
students during the trip. We authorize the designated faculty/staff members to make decisions on behalf of our
child in case of any emergency requiring medical attention or other necessary interventions.

We understand that our child will be under the supervision of DSIFD staff and will adhere to all rules and
regulations set forth by the institution for the duration of the trip.

Furthermore, we release DSIFD and its staff from any liability in the event of accidents, injuries, or any other
unforeseen circumstances that may occur during the trip.
