1. Above price quoted on the exchange rate of the day. Price quoted may vary without notice.
2. Any items exceeding the above quantities will be charged separately at the same rate as
above.
3. Delivery lead time: 15 working days from receipt and acceptance of clients’ official order.
4. This quote does not include any electrical or civil works i.e. Supply or installation of
electrical points, conduit, DB boards etc.
5. This quote is based on information supplied to us with regard of routing and distances of
sleeves/conduit.
6. If the actual design of the routing for the sleeves/conduit differs from the information
supplied to us, then a revised variation quote will be submitted to you.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Our proposal is valid for a period of THIRTY days from date hereof.
2. Our proposal is based on current exchange rates. Due to fluctuations in the rate of
exchange, any variations in the rates will be for your account, therefore should you wish to
place an order with us, please confirm the prior to placing your order. Should we receive your
order after THIRTY days from date hereof, we may re- quote based on ruling rates exchange.
3. We are only bound to our proposal upon receipt of your official written order, a 50 percent
deposit if applicable, our written confirmation of acceptance of your order.
4. This quote is subject to agreement on payment terms and on the provision of the necessary
guaranties and/or credit approval.
5. Ownership of the equipment installed vests in Light Systems Namibia until the goods are
fully paid for.
6. Should payment not be made on due date, Light Systems Namibia reserves the right to
remove all equipment installed and sue for damages.
7. Interest at 2% per month will be levied on all overdue accounts.
8. Light Systems Namibia warrants, subject to our normal condition of sale, which are available
on request, the equipment and services to be free from defects in material and workmanship for
a period of 10 years on registration of the solar sets from date of supply. Our warranty will be
rendered inoperative where the amount due is not paid by due date.
9. TOTAL Due price includes VAT.
