The edges shall be of smooth uniform finish. 6 Materials and components pertaining formwork shall be always maintained in good condition and clean. DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS TO BE CHECKED charge / X / X / X 12 Staging should be done as per consultant approved drawings and certified by EHS officer 13 Formwork release agent applied should be oil based -of approved make, surfaces of formwork should be coated with suitable mould oil which acts both as a parting agent and also gives surface protection 14 Formwork should be sufficiently rigid during placing & compaction of concrete and shall be such as to prevent loss of slurry from concrete 15 Ensure that position and dimension of the footing, wall, During beams, slab, sunk, staircases, chajjas, column etc. are as per the GFC drawing 16 Ensure that slope (if any) is as per the GFC drawing 17 Ensure that verification of sleeves / pipes / inserts in slab /beams are as per MEP drgs. 18 Ensure that location and dimensions of cut outs, and shafts are as per the GFC drawing and are rigidly fixed 19 Ensure that alignment is checked and correct 20 Ensure that plumb/verticality is checked & ok 21 Ensure that all tie rods are secured with PVC pipes, PVC caps & wing nuts 22 Ensure that horizontal & vertical bracings & supports are as per scheme drawing 23 Ensure that shuttering top is in level 24 Ensure that shuttering surface is clean, free from cement slurry / concrete laitance and other dirt 25 Ensure that on plywood timber/steel plate surface all holes/gaps are sealed and is leak proof 26 Position of stopper / construction joint and rigidity of same should be ensured 27 Cover spacer (kanda) is provided at the top of columns and walls 28 De-shuttering after concrete should be done only as per IS 456 timelines & after approval from Engineer in charge 29 De-shuttered plywood and other supports should be kept Post properly stacked and free from dampness 30 Tools and equipment's used shall be cleaned after each days work and prior leaving the workplace unwanted materials shall be disposed in waste bin
