these instructions to unspam emails from Lehman College:

Instructions to unspam emails:

Unspam Gmail

1) Select the "More" label, located on the right of your email. ...
2) Select the "Spam" label.
3) Select the message,
4) Select the Not Spam button that appears at the top of your view.
5) Unmarking a message as spam will automatically move it to your inbox.
6) To find the message, select the "Inbox" label.

Unspam Outlook

1) Go to Settings.
2) Select View all Outlook settings.
3) Select Mail.
4) Select Junk email.
5) In the Blocked Senders and domains section, you'll see a list of senders that you've blocked in the
past.
6) To remove an address, select the trash can next to the email address.

Unspam Yahoo

1) Navigate to Yahoo Mail, log in to your Yahoo account and click the "Spam" folder. Junk emails are
stored in this folder.
2) Click the email that was wrongfully treated as junk mail to open it.
3) Click the "Not Spam" button in the toolbox to immediately send the email to the Inbox folder. Emails
from the same sender will not be treated as junk mail anymore and will be sent to the Inbox folder.

Unspam AOL

1) Click "Spam" in the mail folders list on the left side of your mailbox.
2) Select the spam email you want to recover. If you're using AOL Desktop, click the email's line in the
messages list. If you're using AOL Webmail, click the check box to the left of the email to select it.
3) Click "This Is Not Spam" in AOL Desktop or "Not Spam" in AOL Webmail. Return to your inbox where
you will find your restored message
