Course Objectives:
To understand congenial labor management relations.
Reasons for industrial conflicts and strikes.
To enhance the economic status of the worker by improving wages, grievance handling
benefits and by helping the worker in evolving sound budget to raise the productivity in
organization.
The course aims at providing fundamental knowledge and exposure to the industrial relations.

comparative environment
Legal Framework to manage trade unions to manage labour and labour needs
Management of different trade union in India with different challenges
To manage both parties rights and benefits and also growth of company use collective
bargaining
To manage various labours and discipline in organization for smooth running of
organization and day to day activity
