Course Objectives:
 To understand congenial labor management relations.
 Reasons for industrial conflicts and strikes.
 To enhance the economic status of the worker by improving wages, grievance handling
benefits and by helping the worker in evolving sound budget to raise the productivity in
organization.
 The course aims at providing fundamental knowledge and exposure to the industrial relations.
