 Introduction:

supervision of Sanitary & Plumbing works, in the different applications. The
office is established in 1980, and includes a highly qualified teamwork in such
fields aided with up to date computer skills and technology. Moreover, the office
cooperates with specialists, on highest level, in other fields depending on the
required works for different projects.

The drawings will be CAD & PDF Format.

1- Duration of completion

 The duration for activities doesn’t include periods for client or other
parties
 The duration will be coordinated with time table of project progress
and as per owner recommendations
 The duration of activities starts from day of received final approved
designdrawings for all disciplines.

2- Clarification on the financial offer:

 The owner will provide on his expenses all data and information
and documents, contracts and licenses for all elements of the
project subject of this offer, which will enable consultants to carry
out his duties of this offer.
 Fees mentioned above do not include any other parties’ fees or
expenses.

 This offer is valid for a period of One Month from date of submittal,
and to be extended for a specific period based on a written
request.
CONDITIONS:
 Above mentioned fees are valid for One month from the date of the
financial offer.
 a/m fees included or excluded scope of work according to mentioned at a/m
offers.
 a/m fees excluding the following:
 Any Extra Scope of work which is not mentioned in technical or financial
scope of work or services.
 Any additional copy more than agreed with owner.
