but I still choose to leave the jobs because the jobs required me to continues works at home in the
night and also need to be stan by on weekend sometimes to ensure the shipment is done. Although I
still enjoy learning many new things from my job at the time, I also realize that I need to find a
company where I see a long-term career path and I made a decision to leave the jobs. My wedding

As an administrator, by keeping the team or department organized and on schedule, I believe I can
help everyone meet their goals and objectives more effectively. Plus, by taking administrative work
off of their plates, they can use their time more efficiently and increase their productivity at work.
This is the thing that I confident I can contribute to your company. I manage to be multi-tasking in a
fast-paced office environment. At my previous job, I managed my superior schedules and assisted
the office manager by opening the office every day, among other tasks as needed. I can do the same

One of my strengths is my strong work ethic. When I commit to a deadline, I do whatever it takes to
deliver. For example, previously when I had a report due or got some issue need to resolve on time, I
pulled an all-nighter and give full commitment to finish the task. My practise to make sure my jobs is
done within the deadline is by creating a list of prioritized tasks that need to be accomplished and
focus solely on that list until it is completed. Previously, I always keep my to do list updated daily

Earlier in my previous career I noticed that my weakness is I was so enthusiastic about my work, I
will always have a tendency to say ‘yes’ when I should have been saying ‘no.’ I often say ‘No’ to do
any task assigned by superior or when other teammate asks for help. Due to this situation, at one
point I ended up so overwhelmed by my workload and taking on so many projects that I was working
evenings and weekends. It was stressful and to avoid that stress affected my work quality because I
expect my work to always be detail-oriented. I later on need to spend more time on my work to
make sure the result of the work is meet my satisfaction.

Making a meaningful difference or improvement for the place where I belong to is the motivation for
me to strive for excellence in everything I do. I am always comfortable to listens to people problem
or opinion. I enjoy observing what are the improvement can be done to settle the problem. For me
complaint is the key to improvement. Previously, instead of propose my own opinion to superior on
how company could improve their system, I also gather others employee complaint or opinion and
brough the issue to discuss with my superior. I am interested to this position because based on the
job scope on jobstreet, I can have a contribution in handling the complaint and work on for the
possible outcome that will have a positive impact to all parties.

Through my degree in international affairs management, I have discovered a passion for conflict
resolution and finding practical solutions to the conflict. It seems to be in different context, but I
found that to make a research on a problem is an interesting things same goes to this position which
is to acknowledge and gathering the complaint and finding the best solution to the complaint. In five
years, I’d like to be an industry expert in my field in which I should be able to give a great contribution to the
company. I am driven to be the best at what I do and I want to work somewhere where I’ll have
opportunities to develop my skills, take on interesting projects, and work with people I can really
learn from. I’m really driven to achieve both mine and the company’s goals, and it is my belief that
this stability will allow me to do so as I grow within this role.

9. What did you like most about your last position?

What I liked most about my last position was the ability to contribute in a collaborative way with
other teams. Each team member was encouraged to bring new ideas to the project which were
respectfully considered by all. For example, we once worked with a client who was relying on us to
solve a critical issue. Our team met to discuss the situation. After we recommended a plan to resolve
the issue, we took time considering the pros and the cons of the solution, building on how to make
the idea better and more comprehensive. At last, we came out with the solution that we will divide
the extra task that need to be done to fulfil customer request. When we implemented it, it worked
better and faster than everyone expected. The client was very pleased.

10. What does complaint investigator mean to you?

In my opinion, good complaint investigator involves taking responsibility when there is a complaint
from any parties. That mean something goes wrong and doing what you can to make it right. The
Complaint Investigator will evaluate, investigate, and resolve complaints, analyse complaint data,
gather additional data as needed and provide feedback to the development and manufacturing
teams on the potential product improvements, productdefects, and safety evaluations. The
Complaint Investigator will also serve on the Quality Assurance Team to ensure that customer
complaints are evaluated and documented appropriately.
