Financially, I find myself in a challenging position as I am the sole earner supporting my family

of five. I have to cover all my expenses including rent, maintenance, transport and food.
Additionally, I’m paying off the education loan that I took during my undergraduate studies at IIT
Bombay.

Given my current compensation, it will take over two years to afford the CFA program. Despite
having limited resources, I have consistently performed well throughout my education. My
ambition drives me to continue learning and growing. The financial world's intricacies fascinate
me. I find joy in the daily pursuit of understanding the dynamics of the financial market. In the
near future, I aspire to be a successful professional in the capital management domain. The
CFA program, with its dynamic and comprehensive curriculum not only equips individuals with
technical expertise in finance, it also instills an ethical standard that lasts forever. The CFA skills
and expertise will enhance my career prospects and bring the financial stability necessary to
support my dependents.

I humbly request the CFA Institute to grant me this opportunity, as it would make a significant
difference in my situation. I am fully committed to studying the recommended 300 hours for the
Level 1 examination and completing the certification within a year. This scholarship would
greatly help me become a representative of the CFA society in India and also enable me to
contribute to building a stronger community.
