Format of Narrative Report
I. Introduction
Within the field of education, the process of Practice Teaching presents a deep
narrative report from my practicum, I am reminded of the priceless lessons acquired, the
obstacles surmounted, and the epiphanies that have molded my pedagogical approach and
included in my narrative report, which also distills the essence of my interactions with
commitment, zeal, and fortitude needed to successfully negotiate the changing classroom
environment and have a significant influence on the lives of young students. I can see the
strands of flexibility, empathy, creativity, and resilience that have shaped my practice
transformational potential of education, the limitless capacity of young brains, and the
generation.
Mahanadiong, Taysan, Batangas that opened on June 4 th, 2018. Mahanadiong National
High School was not immediately given a paper by the authorities to become full-pledged
extension of Bilogo National High School. And the school opened on June 4, 2018, it was
called Bilogo Annex National High School but did not last long because after the
renovation process on July 31st, 2018, the High School was completely called
Mahanadiong National High School. Currently there are total of 26 teachers in MNHS
Keeping up good classroom control was one of the most frequent problems I had,
especially with the variety of student actions and attention spans. I overcame this
difficulty by establishing routines, enforcing clear and consistent rules, and using
obstacles, and connections that have enhanced my journey. Every classroom, every
student, and every mentor has left a lasting impression on my heart and mind, igniting my
and gave students who struggled with learning extra help. During my practicum, I found

reminded of the significant influence this immersive learning opportunity has had on my professional
experiences gained during my practice teaching initiatives. I now have a deeper understanding of
curriculum design, instructional tactics, and pedagogical concepts thanks to my practice teaching
experiences. Practice teaching has improved my skills in classroom management, including behavior
control, setting routines, and providing a positive learning environment. I have also improved my
ability to construct compelling lesson plans, differentiate instruction to meet unique student needs,
and integrate technology successfully. I've honed my skills in creating tests, giving helpful criticism,
and assessing students' advancement. I have gained experience measuring student learning outcomes,
pinpointing areas for development, and fostering student progress through the use of formative and
summative assessment techniques in practical teaching. Practicing teaching has improved my written
and vocal communication abilities as well as my capacity to work successfully with parents, students,
and coworkers. To promote healthy connections and enable fulfilling learning opportunities, I've
learnt how to speak effectively, listen intently, and participate in fruitful conversation. Reflective
practice is one of the most valuable talents that can be acquired through practice teaching. I now
know how to evaluate the results of my decisions about how to teach, think back on my methods, and

that have molded my identity as a teacher. With me on my path to become a teacher are the
knowledge and abilities I've gained, along with my enthusiasm for motivating and enabling the
students of tomorrow. In addition to preparing me for the rigors and rewards of the teaching
profession, practice teaching has given me a strong sense of purpose, devotion, and commitment to
improving the lives of students and the larger educational community. Through proactive measures
such as seeking guidance from mentors, implementing reflective practices, and persistently
pursuing avenues for personal development and enhancement, I successfully managed the
resilient, self-assured, and proficient teacher. My practicum in practice teaching has been a
life-changing and illuminating experience for me as I pursue my education. They have given
me the resilience, knowledge, and abilities I need to successfully negotiate the challenges of
the classroom and positively influence kids' lives. As my practice teaching adventure
