ACTIVITY 1

1. Give at least 3 personal attributes of an entrepreneur that you possess, with these
attributes do you think you can be an entrepreneur?

 An entrepreneur should first be observant. He must be well aware of


issues, problems, and difficulties people may possess. Next attribute
is innovative. Entrepreneurs should be able to find solutions in the
problems they encounter. Lastly they must be resilient. There will be
failures, rejection, and mistakes committed. Keep moving forward.

2. Discuss the need to have a correct understanding of the concept of entrepreneurship.


What advantages will it provide to a person who is interested in becoming a successful
entrepreneur?

 The advantages that will provide a person who is interested in


becoming a successful entrepreneur are that you will be exposed to
more experiences. Starting at an earlier age, you will be able to see
failures and success. Through this, you will be able to apply these
experiences to your future plans.

3. Explain briefly how you can be an entrepreneur and not merely a businessperson.

 You can become entrepreneur through opening your eyes to what the
people need, rather than what can make money. Through this, you
can open a business more derived from people’s needs rather than
the mere wants.

4. What kind of business venture do you intend to open and why you have chosen it?

 Eco friendly concrete. This is because, back when we were able to go


outside. I always noticed trash on the streets. I’ve also seen
dumpsites and people working in it. In addition to that, I’ve seen
homeless people. Providing charity workers with cheaper concrete
will help them make more homes. Through making concrete made
from recycled materials, we can provide people with cheaper and
better concrete.
