Role: Sales Associate at D-Mart, Anand (8 months)
• Responsibilities comprised of running the cash register while finalizing sales
(cash, credit/debit cards) with accuracy and transparency.
• Restocking shelves and re-organizing misplaced objects.
• Providing on-demand/prompt customer service and resolve service issues if observed.
Role: Assistant Manager at Khusbu Gujarat Ki Restaurant, Bardoli (1 Year)
• Worked as an Assistant Manager at Khusbu Gujarat Ki Restaurant.
• Responsibilities comprised of assisting customers with table reservation, taking orders and
working as intermediate instructor between chef and server. Getting feedback from customers
and providing the best service experience. Printing of the bills and handling cash register.
Role: Associate Consultant System Engineer (Network Admin and Support) (4 Years)
• At Atos India Pvt. Ltd. Roles and responsibilities comprise Associate Consultant System
Engineer, to deploy and manage network devices for multiple clients, day to day changes and
support for network firewalls and wireless devices, analyze the vulnerabilities of devices and
provide workaround as well as permanent fix to the clients.
