Villalobos

Imar’s primary focus is on enforcement of the Port Authority Aviation Concession Street Pricing Policy and
collaboration with CX and airport Landside teams on any escalated Street Pricing non-performance. With
over 20 years of airport concession experience, her strong background with airport operations makes her
a valuable addition to the Concessions team. Serving as an internal subject matter expert on operational
excellence, Imar’s responsibilities include collaboration on concession operations at all airport terminals,
including serving as the primary point of contact for the PA Health and Safety Department. Her extensive
knowledge and experience position her well to contribute to the success of our concessions and
ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
