OFFER OF PROVISIONAL ADMISSION INTO UTME ND (FULL-TIME) FOR 2023/2024
SESSION

Sequel to your application for admission, you are hereby offered provisional admission into the
polytechnic for two years program in ND Business Administration.

You WILL NOT be registered for the above programme if you do not possess at least the minimum entry
qualification and other admission requirements.

For the purpose of registration, students are required to bring the following items along:

(a) The original letter of provisional admission

(b) Original certificate(s) of educational qualification claimed
(c) Original birth certificate or statutory declaration
(d) Medical certificate of fitness from a government hospital
(e) Four (4) passport-size photographs identified either by a Lawyer,Justice of Peace, a Clergyman or
Senior Civil Servant (Grade Level 13 and above)
(f) Proof of state of origin signed by the Secretary of your Local Govt. (The Polytechnic reserves the right
to authenticate this)
Please note that all your documents/qualifications and other claims submitted are subject to verification
and any false submission discovered at any time will lead to withdrawal of your admission and possible
sanction.

The polytechnic opens for the 2023/2024 session on ---------------- and orientation and registration for
freshers will commence immediately. Please note that late registration will attract some penalty.
