measurement and tools must be used accordingly.

➢ Tools to use in analysis for instance software such as SPSS, harvesting the impact of the
project and collecting the data relate to indicators.

➢ Budget of the M & E for field visit for example conducting research for impact of the
project.

➢ How the target population can be met.

➢ The methodology to be applied in the project.

2. Output is the targeted program achieved during implementation of each project activity but
Outcome is the results of the impact of the project activities implemented whether negative or
positive

4. The two indicators methods for measurement are:

➢ Distribution list: Output indicator 1; for number of boys, girls, women and men receiving
food/cash-based transfers/commodity vouchers/capacity strengthening transfers: Design
distribution list and after distribution the list must be use for obtaining all the information
(data) used.
➢ Questionnaires: Outcome indicator 3: Percentage of households not using
crisis/emergency/stress coping strategies. The questionnaires are best to find the
perception of the target population about the problem that is affecting them and use the
result of the questionnaires to collect data.

E. The interpretation of the analysis (Finding);

a. The fining in the general food distribution survey show that; 63% of the beneficiaries satisfied,
10% very satisfied, 20% unsatisfied and 7% very unsatisfied. Therefore, the project activities
achieved 73% both satisfied and very satisfied.

B. The fining in the general beneficiaries’ categories survey show that; 43% beneficiaries are
IDPs, 20% are host community 37% are returnees. Therefore, the project activities are inclusive
and the goal is met.

a. The fining in the general food distribution survey show that; 18 beneficiaries’ consumable
their food, 9 beneficiaries sold their food other and 3 beneficiaries exchange their food with NFIs
