We will do our best to provide an update from each stage of the interview process within 1-2 weeks. If, for
some reason, you haven’t heard back from us, please contact your recruiter for an update.

Will you tell me when a role has been filled?

When we fill a role, we’ll send an email to let you know the position is no longer available. Sometimes it takes
a while to fill positions, so please be patient if you haven’t heard from us!
If we proceed with other candidates for that particular role, our recruiters may reach out if we find another
potential match for your skills, interests, and experience.

Is remote work an option?

Most of our roles are flexible first meaning they are located near one of our global offices. If there is a
required location attached to the job you’re interviewing for, you can discuss with your recruiter.

Can I apply to multiple open roles at Ripple?

Yes! You can apply for more than one role at once, though we recommend narrowing your choices down to a
few roles that truly match your skills, experience, and interests.

How many roles can I interview for at the same time?

If you are selected to interview for one role and are interested in interviewing for another role, we
recommend discussing it with your recruiter who will determine if there is a fit for a potential interview.

If I am not selected for a role, can I apply to another role?

Yes, you are not limited in how many times you can apply within a given time period.

What if I need an accommodation for the interview?

We are committed to an inclusive interview experience, including providing reasonable accommodations to
applicants with disabilities.
If you need any assistance or accommodation throughout the interview process due to a disability, you may
