1. Tujuan

Prosedur lifting dan handling ini dibuat sebagai acuan dalam pelaksanaan
pekerjaan pengangkatan, pengangkutan Container Office pada proyek
EDTA ( H2S SCRUBBING & SULFUR RECOVERY SYSTEM )

This lifting and handling procedure was created as a reference in carrying out
lifting and transporting office container work on the project EDTA ( H2S
SCRUBBING & SULFUR RECOVERY SYSTEM )

2. RUANG LINGKUP

Prosedur ini berlaku bagi semua bagian pekerjaan lifting dan handling
Container Office pada proyek EDTA ( H2S SCRUBBING & SULFUR RECOVERY
SYSTEM ), PT. INDO BHARAT RAYON Purwakarta Jawa Barat.

This procedure applies to all parts of the Container Office lifting and
handling work on the project EDTA ( H2S SCRUBBING & SULFUR
RECOVERY SYSTEM ), PT. INDO BHARAT RAYON Purwakarta Jawa Barat.

3. DEFINISI

Pekerjaan lifting dan handling meliputi pengangkatan, pengangkutan, dan

penurunan Container Office dan Storage

Lifting and handling work includes lifting, transporting and lowering

office and storage containers

5. KETENTU UMUM

5.1. Persiapan
5.1.1. Pekerjaan Lifting diawasi oleh kontraktor dan pengawas
Lifting work is supervised by contractors and supervisors

5.1.2. Pengangkatan harus sesuai dengan lifting plan yang sudah

dibuat dan disetujui oleh pihak kontraktor dan konsultan
pengawas.

Lifting must be in accordance with the lifting plan that has

been made and approved by the contractor and supervising
consultant.
5.1.3. Radius pengangkatan harus sama atau lebih kecil daripada
yang dinyatakan dalam dokumen lifting plan.
The lifting radius must be the same or smaller than that stated
in the lifting plan document.
5.1.4. Setiap pekerja wajib memakai alat pelindung diri yaitu :
Every worker is required to wear personal protective equipment,
namely:

• Safety shoes / Safaty Shoes

• Safety helmet / Safety helmet

• Sarung tangan / Caton Glove

• Kacamata safety / Safety glasses

• Safety vest / Safety vest

5.1.5. Peralatan yang digunakan ;

• Hyab Crane 5 Ton / Hyab Crane 5 Ton

• Forklift 5 Ton / Forklift 5 Ton

• Lifting gear / Lifting Gear

5.1.6. Lakukan toolbox meeting sebelum memulai pekerjaan

untuk refresh mengenai metode kerja serta segala resiko

bahaya yang mungkin terjadi

Conduct a toolbox meeting before starting work to refresh

yourself about work methods and any possible dangers that
may occur
5.1.7. Setiap pekerja wajib melaksanakan 5 R
Every worker is obliged to carry out the 5 R

5.2. Pekerjaan Pengangkatan dan Penurunan Container Office

5.2.1. Memeriksa area untuk pengangkatan sudah dalam kondisi

yang cukup untuk ruang alat angkat, badan kendaraan angkut
dan jangkauan swing boom. Kondisi tanah stabil dan padat.

Check that the lifting area is in sufficient condition for the

lifting equipment space, transport vehicle body and boom
swing reach. Soil conditions are stable and solid.
5.2.2. Letakkan plat untuk landasan outrigger jack, bisa juga
menggunakan rangkaian balok kayu dengan ketebalan
minimal 150 mm. Place a plate for the outrigger jack base,
you can also use a series of wooden blocks with a minimum
thickness of 150 mm.
5.2.3. Posisikan alat angkat sesuai dengan hasil survey lapangan
serta dokumen lifting plan.
Position the lifting equipment according to the results of the
field survey and the lifting plan document.
5.2.4. Pasang webbing sling dan lifting tackle dengan benar, webbing
sling tidak boleh melintir dan tackle harus masuk terpasang
penuh.
Install webbing sling and lifting tackle correctly, the webbing
sling must not twist and the tackle must be fully installed.

5.2.5. Pasangkan tagline di minimal 2 sisi Container

Place Install tagline on at Min 2 sides of the container

5.2.6. Angkat Container setinggi 30 cm selama 30 detik untuk

menguji pembebanan dan kestabilan alat angkat.
Lift container as high as 30 cm for 30 seconds to test the
loading and stability of the lifting equipment.
5.2.7. Lakukan pengangkatan dan letakkan material di atas alas
serta atur posisinya agar stabil.
Lift and place the material on the base and adjust its position
so that it is stable.
5.2.8. Lepaskan webbing sling dan semua lifting gear yang
menempel pada material.
Remove the webbing sling and all lifting gear attached to the
material.

5.2.9. Lakukan penataan, pengikatan, dan penahanan agar Container

tidak bergerak setelah proses penurunan Container selesai.
Arrange, tie and hold the container so that the container does
not move after the container lowering process is complete.

5.3. Pekerjaan Pengangkutan

5.3.1. Memastikan semua equipment sudah dalam kondisi stabil,

rigid dan terikat kuat.

Ensure all equipment is in a stable, rigid condition and is firmly

tied.

5.3.2. Rute jalur perjalanan sudah jelas.

The travel route is clear.

5.3.3. Jalur yang dilewati memiliki potensi kecil untuk ada hambatan.

The path you are taking has little potential for obstacles.

5.3.4. Pastikan kendaraan angkut selalu memasang ganjal dalam

setiap kondisi bersinggungan dengan aktifitas pengangkatan,

baik saat loading maupun unloading.

Make sure the transport vehicle always installs a chock in

every situation in contact with lifting activities, both when
loading and unloading.
5.3.5. Memasang sign board dan warning sign di bak angkut.
Install sign boards and warning signs on the transport tank.

5.3.6. Memasang pelindung di bagian depan, kedua sisi, dan

belakang bak angkut.

Install protectors on the front, both sides and back of the

transport tub.
