 INTRODUCTION

The internship plan presents the implementation content and the expected
time to complete the work to be done by the students during the internship at the end
of their course. The plan is developed based on the general implementation schedule
announced to students of the Academy of Finance as well as the specific time due to
the different conditions of each student. Besides, the "Internship plan" also helps the
instructors understand the expected timetable for completing the required content of
the students, thereby facilitating the arrangement of time for progress reports.
Internship between students and lecturers is more effective.

I. PURPOSE
- To help students have the conditions to consolidate and supplement the
knowledge they have learned and apply the acquired knowledge in research,
analysis, evaluation and solving practical problems in management finance in
businesses.
- Creating conditions for students to practice participating in professional labor,
practice working methods and capacity to organize and perform financial and
accounting work in enterprises.
- Continuing to foster students' stance, sense of discipline, spirit and attitude of
service, sense of compliance with policies, regimes and financial discipline of
Finance - Accounting staff.

II. DATA COLLECTION METHOD

During data collection, there are many methods to gather data from multiple
sources quickly and efficiently. Here are some commonly used and complementary
methods to increase the efficiency of the data collection process:

- Observation method: A method of controlled recording of events, activities or

behaviors of people or things. Through the internship process at the facility,
students themselves can observe the behavior, attitude, and how to handle
work of employees at the internship site to learn and draw experience for
themselves.
- Interview method: Usually indirect or direct interview to reach the audience
in the business to create sympathy and sincerity to collect data quickly and
effectively.

In addition, it is necessary to use and connect other methods such as recording,

sampling, graphing, .... On the other hand, the purpose of data collection is to find
accurate data and information, saving time. The main source of data used will be
financial information from the Finance - Accounting Department of One Member
Limited Liability Company 129, with the consent of the company's management.

Other relevant data will be collected through the internet, newspapers, magazines,
etc. to most effectively assess the financial situation of the internship.

III. RESEARCH/SURVEY METHOD

The field survey method is that students go to the field (in the internship) to
study how to work, comply with the discipline at the facility, and collect data
accurately. Commonly used survey methods:

- Expert method: is the method in which the researcher (student) asks for advice
and references from experts such as instructors, accountants, chief
accountants, etc. in the Finance - Accounting department of the intern.
- Qualitative method: is an approach that interns need to find ways to describe
and analyze cultural and behavioral characteristics of officials and employees
in the internment facility to study and analyze characteristics, company
culture, behavior of members in the company. From there, it is possible to
draw the necessary conclusions to help assess the financial situation in a
scientific way, clearly seeing the necessity of financial work in the enterprise.
- Quantitative method: is a method in which students practice using data
obtained from accounting and statistics to systematically summarize financial
activities of enterprises. By using mathematical models, theories,
relationships between related quantities, etc., students can analyze the
financial activities of enterprises in a general, specific and scientific way,
helping Students understand how businesses work.

IV. DATA ANALYSIS METHOD

To analyze data after data collection, one or a combination of the following

methods is used:

- Evaluation methods include techniques: compare, divide, correlate, rank,

graph, etc.

 - The method of factor analysis includes methods: continuous substitution,
number of differences, balance, and analysis of the properties of factors.
- Forecasting method: is a financial analysis method used to forecast corporate
finance, including the following main methods: mathematical probability,
sensitivity analysis, regression, and linear programming, using an
econometric model. This forecasting method helps investors understand the
situation of the system, thereby forecasting risks and vulnerabilities so that
solutions can be found.

V. MASTER INTERNSHIP PLAN

2.1. Phase 1: From October 2, 2022 to October 9, 2022
- Listen to the Corporate Finance Department's internship instructions on
October 2, 2022 at Hall 700
- Listen to the actual report at the Academy of Finance: All day 09/10/2022
Online via Zoom application
- Write the essay after listening to the actual report and submit it to the
Guidance teacher on October 16, 2022
- Make a Personal Plan during the internship period

2.2. Phase 2: From October 10, 2022 to February 12, 2022, practical
internship at an internship site
v Step 1: Time from October 10, 2022 to November 5, 2022
- Approving the outline, thesis topic and internship plan with the enterprise

- Listen to the intern's report (or study the reports of the enterprise yourself)
on the main activities related to the content of the internship
- Directly study at the internship to understand the business situation of the
enterprise, know the factors that affect the financial situation of the
enterprise.
- Professional practice combined with learning and researching financial
management contents according to the internship outline.

v Step 2: Time from 07/11/2022 to 12/25/2022

Intensive internship and graduation thesis writing

- According to the topic and outline of the graduation thesis approved by the
instructor and the Department, the students continue to research deeply,
find out the contents related to the graduation thesis, collect data, analyze
the situation and write a thesis under the guidance of teacher assigned by
the Department
- Periodically report to the lecturer on internship status and thesis writing
progress, time and place agreed by the Instructor assigned by the
Department and notified later.

v Step 3: Time from December 26, 2022 to February 12, 2023

Finalize the graduation thesis and complete the procedures for completing
the graduation internship

- Finalize the graduation thesis, type, bind, and present in accordance with
the Academy's regulations for Advanced Education Program students.
- Approving the graduation thesis with the leader of the internment
institution (Finance - Accounting Department or Department) with
comments and stamp of the intern

 - Submit graduation thesis: Submit 3 essays written in English to the
Department at the Office of the Department of Corporate Finance. Time of
submission: Morning of February 13, 2023
