TURNOVER-BASED DISCOUNT SCHEDULES Date of validity: 2017-10-01

To be able to offer the greatest possible number of dealers the optimum H1 > from € 75.000
purchasing conditions, we offer six turnover-based discount schedules H2 > € 40.000 - € 75.000
(H1-H6). The schedule that you join depends on your turnover in the previous H3 > € 20.000 - € 40.000
year. New dealers automatically join the H4 schedule. If you achieve the H4 > € 5.000 - € 20.000
next turnover threshold, you will automatically join the new schedule, including H5 > € 2.000 - € 5.000
during the current financial year. Your current turnover is on each invoice H6 > from € 2.000
and in your online dealer area.

SEPA DIRECT DEBIT MANDATE FOR REPEAT PAYMENTS

I authorise SIP Scootershop GmbH to withdraw payments from my account via direct debit. I also instruct my credit institute to redeem the direct debits withdrawn from my account by SIP Scootershop GmbH. Within eight weeks, starting
with the date of my initial payment, I can request the reimbursement of the amount that I previously paid. The conditions agreed with my/our credit institute apply. Please note: Please ensure that your bank account contains sufficient
funds, as return debits due to insufficient funds cause additional costs for each direct debit which is not redeemed, which we must invoice to you. If a second return debit occurs, or if the debtor deliberately implements a charge-back, we
will forward our receivable to a debt collection agency without further notice. This will result in further costs and penalty interest. Deductions to invoices through charge-backs are not valid, in such cases, subsequent to agreement, we
are able to provide a voucher instead.

General information
In confirming the GTCs, the customer declares that they want to be supplied against invoice and that they agree to the creditworthiness clause. In the case of orders from corporate customers, we reserve the right to obtain company
information from the appropriate business data providers, e.g. Creditreform, Bürgel etc. The arising service charges totalling 20.00 EUR (gross) will be invoiced to you separately. We only make deliveries on the basis of these conditions of
delivery and payment. Subsequent business transactions apply without referral to the GTC. Differing conditions on the part of the purchaser require the written form and written confirmation.
