• The Free Application for Federal Student Aid
(FAFSA) is available for all US citizens. The FAFSA
opens October 1 for the following school year at
fafsa.gov and the priority date is January 15. Texas

• The Texas Application for State Financial Aid
(TASFA) is available for all non-US citizens who are
Texas residents. The TASFA opens October 1 for the
