 1st Directors 3 chapters
 Economic Laws chap. (IBC/PMLA/SARFAESI/FEMA/FCRA/ARB.)
 Inspection/compromise/POM/WU
 Misc./courts
{Questions should be covered side by side, will help in long run}

3. Last 5 months
 Focus on learning provisions from 1st revision itself
 for tricky sections like 152(6), 185, 186 etc. make notes
 Don’t spend too much time on sections learning
 It’ll be automatic
 Penalties (4-6 Marks)
 Break down chap wise and learn after completion of each chap
 Revise regularly
 Written practice- optional
 Try min 3 revisions before 1.5 day
 Discuss and analyse with friends
 Give at least 1 Mock 3 hrs

 Penalties discuss every day
 Learnt almost all sections for Co. law(even in Winding Up) and imp ones for Eco Law
 Took eco law as elective
 Scored 28/30 in MTP Nov’20 of ICAI
 After my work hrs in office, secretly used to study law (few days)
 Watched swapnil patni, darshan khare, etc revision lectures (not all) to develop comfort
in some areas
 Main focus on study mat. All else secondary!!
