Activity Type Introduction

Listening Activity: Here is a presentation closers activity and worksheet to help


matching (group work) students practice different ways to end a presentation.

Working alone, students then read a presentation conclusion and

40 minutes using the linking phrases in bold from Exercise C and one of the
closers from the worksheet.

Lastly, in groups of four, students deliver their presentation


endings to their group members, who try to identify the type of
closer used.
