The management has been made aware of incidents involving inappropriate usage of the
corporate internet within our company. The internet service provided by our organization is an
essential business tool that helps us with both our day-to-day tasks and our professional
obligations. It is imperative that we all utilize this resource sensibly and in a way that aligns
with the principles and guidelines of our organization.

Inappropriate usage of the internet can be detrimental to the operation of our network in
addition to breaking corporate policies. Examples include viewing non-work-related websites
during working hours, streaming unrelated music or video, and downloading unlicensed
content. Production levels and the caliber of the work we provide for our clients may be
impacted by this.

Keep in mind that all actions taken with the use of corporate internet resources must be
consistent with the ethics and values of our organization. Harassment, inappropriate behavior,
and criminal activities of any kind are strictly forbidden and will be taken very seriously.
