Please provide General layout /GAD drawings for technological units /packages ( grinding ,
filtration , mixing , burner system , induration , dedusting, ESP ect) along with other package units
including weights envisaged for the plant .
Please provide complete master equipment list units wise with clear scope identification of free
issue items along with qty and standby requirements

AMNS to Confirm any requirements of HAZOP , HAZID studies to be carried out by the bidder .

During the site visit AMNS has informed that solar panels will be installed above structural roof of
process buildings in future, request AMNS to provide the load for the same.
Also AMNS has informed to provide walk way along with handrail all around the roof and stair case
connectivity for this walkway. we request AMNS to provide the Building elevation and plan views
for all the process buildings.

During the site visit AMNS has informed that filtration building to be designed in concrete up to 15
mtrs ( i.e upto filter press floor level) above structural columns to be considered. Please confirm

deptartments of Environment , fire , electrical , structural stability etc would be in Client scope.

AMNS to provide the painting requirements to be followed for the entire plant
Please provide the typical pipe rack GA for reference and also mention any specific requirements
to be taken care in the present project.

Since there is no technical specification available for fire fighting system for this project , TPL
propose to design complete system as per TAC norms. Hence we request AMNS to provide GA
dwgs for each building for estimating the FFS BOQ.
TPL request to provide the following basic data for HVAC system.

1. Technical specification for Air conditiong and ventilation system.

2.List of buildings alongwith building size for Ventilation to be consider.
3.Building layout drawing to be consider for Air conditioning system.
4. Electrical Heat dissipation of control equipment & electrical equipments to estimate air
conditiong and ventilation requirement.

TPL will prepare the technical specification for compressed air system (like compressor, dryer &
receiver including interconnecting pipes & valves) based on client provided basic data and the
pnuematic conveying system vendor data during the execution stage, the same to be vetted by
client. Accordingly float the enquiry specification, review the technical offers and upto technical
evaluation report will be done by TPL. Further order placement and supply by client. Erection will
be in TPL scope. please onfirm

Please clarify regarding the terminal points and source for the raw material like slurry, coal,
limestone and bentonite
Please provide the Flow diagrams for the complete plant MHS indicating the all the conveyors, TP's
and buildings along with the capacities to be considered for present scope of work

adjacent to existing raw water pump house. Request AMNS to finalize and locate the New raw
water pump house in plot plan.
AMNS to provide the pumps suction piping scheme for new pump house including invert level
looking to site clearances /feasability
AMNS to inform any requirement of VFD for Raw water and process water pumps and also to
mention no of working and standby pump requirement

AMNS informed new earthen raw water reservoir to be formed adajcent to exiisting raw water
reservoir AMNS to provide the existing raw water reservoir GAD and interconnection scheme
envisaged between old and new reservoir. Also AMNS to inform the shut down time envsiaged
for carrying out reservoir related works including suction piping
AMNS to provde Piping material specifcation to be followed

AMNS to confirm the requirement of new cooling tower for water system along with cooling
water scheme . If required, please provide the cooling water technical specification along with
value for cycles of conentration required . Also to inform any treatment facility envisaged for
cooling water recirculation system
