 ABSTRACT

"A complete report on an organized industrial visit by PSG College of Engineering for the students
of Manufacturing Engineering [2nd Sem] to gain practical knowledge about Shanthi Gear,
exploring various machinery and gear manufacturing processes. The center boasts advanced
facilities in its Industrial Visit lab, with experienced manpower capable of meeting production
challenges on time. Shanthi Gear works closely with experienced faculty to explore various
machining processes (such as hobbling, milling, drilling, CNC machining) and produces a variety
of products including tube products, chains, car doors, cycle frames, gears, and gear motor
assemblies."
