1. Medium of communication should be in Filipino and/or English. However,

subtitles may use ONLY if local languages are presence in the film.
2. Scenes shown and presented in the film/drama must be taken inside of the
Rules and Mechanics
school premises ONLY.
3. Materials: Laptop, digital camera/smartphone, editing software.
4. The video must be 1 minute excluding intro and outro.
