Sub: - Request 2.5% of Retentions Payment
It is to be recalled that the contract agreement sign Oromia Irrigation and pastoralist development
Bureau (OIPDB) with Jobira Water Work Construction PLC maintenance of Saketa SSIP
with Contract amount Birr 8,313,370.05 (Eight Millon Three Hundred Thirty Three
Thousand Three Hundred Seventy Birr& 5/100) including 15% VAT which is Location in
West Hararghe Oda Bultum and boke woreda Oda Tuta and Saketa.

Accordingly, the Contractor has executed party of the works and requested us for approval of
2.5% retention payment that worth Birr 181,056.27(One Hundred Eighty One Thousand
Fifty Six Birr& 27/100) with letter Ref. No JWW/52/2016 date 23/04/2024G.C.

Therefore, our office makes all necessary checkups and effect 2.5% Retention Payment
amounting total executed 181,056.27(One Hundred Eighty One Thousand Fifty Six Birr &
27/100) including VAT payment to be effected as per agreement for the Contractor, Jobira
Water Work Construction PLC.
