MPP Application Checklist

1. Completed Application Form

2. Completed Academic Reference Form

3. Completed Professional Reference Form

4. Your personal statement (submitted in the application form) in English

5. Your current Curriculum Vitae written in English

6. All official transcripts of your years spent in higher education. Transcripts in

languages other than English must be officially translated into English

7. All official certificates of your years spent in higher education. Transcripts in

languages other than English must be officially translated into English

8. Proof of English language proficiency (TOEFL min. 500 / IELTS min 5.5)
