Ingredients:

First put the water or milk in the blender,then add the strawberries and the ice and mix
for one minute.After that add the sugar and mix for 30 seconds more. Serve in a glass
with a straw.
It will be healthier if you use milk instead of water because milk contains
vitamins,proteins and minerals that are good for your health. Strawberries have
Iron,Calcium,Magnesium and antioxidants.
Also Milk is the main dietary source of Calcium and Strawberries help to purify the
blood and clean the digestive system.
If you want to conserve the smoothie in the fridge for the next day it´s important to add
4 or 5 drops of lemon to preserve its taste and colour
