DM Structure for Coaches

This messaging structure is more direct because usually the person receiving your
message will be a customer service rep. So, our goal is to get them to check the message
and then pitch them a loom video and under no circumstances, you should send them a
loom on Instagram. Always ask for their email. Power of micro commitment. But you can
still send looms on IG if they really want it.

First Message:

EXAMPLE -

In Comments: (This should be done when you send the first message. Goal here, is
to make them check their message requests.)

Loved the video @helloluckycards Can you check the question I left in your d.ms?
Otherwise, it might get lost in the black hole of your requests forever💀😅

Follow up:

In comments (Need to send this one with the 1st follow-up): Hey @Name, Just wanted to
remind you that I left you a message in your DMs. If you don't respond, I'll assume you're
ignoring me and will start sending you memes until you give in.😜

1st follow-up dm: Hey, just wanted to circle back, did you receive my messages? (after 48
hrs i.e, 3rd day)
2nd follow-up dm will be meme (After 72 hrs i.e, 4th day)

Last Follow-Up: (On 6th days)

After 24 hrs

If they have watched the video and not taken any action (replied via email/ booked a
meeting), send this message: Hey {Name}, Thank you again for taking the time out of
your busy schedule to watch your personalised video. I always take a lot of pride in
making them the best and would appreciate any feedback that you may have! Also happy
to answer any questions :)
After 48 hours,

If they haven’t watched the video or left you on seen after the above the message,
use this: Hey [Name], have you had a chance to check out the video? Would be glad to
know your thoughts about it.

If they ghost you/ not check any of the above follow ups, use this (after 6 days of
sendin the loom video):
Audio message - Hey, hope you’re having an amazing day. Just bumping this up and
yeah..waiting for your answer..Bye
● Also, comment on their post when you send this voice note - Hey @username Did
you ever get my voice message or is it still floating aimlessly in the vast expanse of
your messages 💀😅 Let me know either way

Important Note:

Don’t expect to get all the replies on the same day. We get replies even after 8-10 days. So,
keep following up. Use the above methods. Feel free to improvise. Your campaigns will
really start to kick off after 5-6 days.

For Facebook & Instagram

Loom Structure:
Create a custom presentation that will be applicable for most of the brands. (Will give the
pointers related to this in the later section.)

1. Do a short intro 30 secs (Have their website opened on your desktop).


Hey [Brand Name], I am X, Founder nd Owner of Y. I wanna first say thank you for
requesting a short video. I really understand how busy brand owners just like yourself can
be. So, I'm not gonna be keeping up too much of your valuable time.

In this video, I m gonna give you a few pointers on where you can massively improve in
terms of branding and I'll share a few examples of the highest quality UGC examples and
how at X media, we actually create these UGC videos and how exactly we can implement
the strategies at (Their Brand) to scale your brand profitably on TikTok.

2. (This phase is supposed to be tailored to their products and branding. Always prepare it
before the call) Navigate their website, and show them that they are not doing TikTok and
missing out on a lot. For this, find any competitor of their brand in advance who is
advertising on TikTok, and now, talk about how their competitor is stealing the market
share for very low CPAs. (2 minutes)

3. So, first I take a deep dive into our processes, I wanna first address the question that
must be baffling you. Is TikTok the best platform for you and should your brand be
advertising on it?

4. Talk about the problems your niche is facing - For SAAS/ ECOM (1mimute)

5. Share your past results (This is the juicy part) 30-45 secs

use the UGC Storyboarding.
