3. Dear Customer Service Team,

I am writing to express my disappointment with the jigsaw puzzle I recently purchased from
your website. Unfortunately, upon opening the box and beginning to assemble the puzzle, I
discovered that several pieces were missing.
As you can imagine, this was quite frustrating as it meant that I was unable to complete the
puzzle as intended. I was really looking forward to spending some quality time working on
this puzzle, and it was a disappointment to find out that it was incomplete.
I would like to request either a replacement puzzle or for the missing pieces to be shipped to
me as soon as possible. I understand that sometimes mistakes can happen during production
or shipping, but I hope that you can make this right for me.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to hearing back from you soon and
getting the missing pieces so I can finally complete the puzzle.
