Grand rounds eval: Outstanding/meets expectations with positive comments. HAP/CAP


TD evaluation - very positive Pneumonia TD evaluations - Again very positive, only one
needs improvement score regarding identifying appropriate pharmacotherapy goals. All
other are satisfactory progress or excellent! Student evaluations of precepting
highlighted clear communication, engagement, knowledgeable, available for questions

Provided self-reflection following each lecture highlighting areas that he or she did
exceptionally well during the lecture, as well as opportunities for improvement. If
