1. STRUCTURES
In the grade 10 space we work much different
than what most of you are used to.
You are all in one space and it if the necessary
rules are not followed it creates havoc.

Besides the school rules the gr 10 space have

venue rules which include the following

 Everyone is in control of their own noise.

During teaching time no talking or
moving around unnecessarily.
 Nobody is allowed to get up or leave the
venue without an educator’s permission.
 No eating nor drinking at your desk
because of electronic equipment.
 No learners in the space allowed during
break.
 Everyone is responsible for their own
equipment and stationery.
 We keep the space as neat as possible and
respect each other’s space.
 It’s your duty to make sure that all your
work is up to date and all your tasks are
handed in on time, in the event to
misconduct parents will be informed via
email and the code of conduct will be
followed for necessary disciplinary action.
 No one is allowed to change classes or
seats without the educator’s permission.
 We treat each other with respect and
conduct ourselves with discipline.

3. CLASS DOJO and MYHUB

 Class Dojo work on the point system. All parents
should download the app.
 All communication is sent via Class Dojo and
MyHub
 Both these apps work with your student code.

 IT’S YOUR DUTY to log onto a class that is

online whether there is an educator or not.
 The timetable has 3 breaks which give you
enough time to eat, drink and make use of the
bathroom facilities.

7. CALENDAR
Your school calendar would be posted on Myhub for
your perusal and all dates with events will be stipulated.
8. EXCURSIONS

 All grades have 1 excursion per year. Gr 10

excursions fall into the 3rd term.
 Event with dates and times will be communicated
close to the term.
