- What is the difference between password users and SSO users

Single Sign On (SSO) users are the associates with a company laptop / email and located in
Netherlands, Denmark, UK, Finland and Turkey. See here how SSO users can log into

If you are not located in Netherlands, Denmark, UK, Finland or Turkey OR if you do not have a
company laptop / email, then you are a Password user. The majority of BeeKeeper users will
be Password users. See here how password users can log into

- How can I reset the password if I do not remember it?

If you are a password user, please follow the procedures at the following link:

If you are a SSO user, you have to contact IT and they will reset the password for you.

- Will employees still need to access SuccessFactors for the training academy and
their payslip?

Yes, you need to access SuccessFactors to be able to view your training academy and your
payslip (and all other modules on SuccessFactors) However there is a shortcut available on
BeeKeeper to access SuccessFactors and vice versa.

- What features are available in BeeKeeper?

Main features would be: shortcuts, streams, chat, group communication, document library. To have

- In what streams am I?

In the box in the upper left corner of the “streams” page you can see all the streams you are a
member of.

- Am I able to post in all streams that I am a member of?

Yes, you can post in any stream that you are a member of.

- Can I edit my BeeKeeper profile?

Yes. You can edit certain areas of your personal profile by clicking on the “Profile and Settings”
button on the upper right corner. Click on “Settings” in the drop-down menu. You can use this to
upload a profile picture for example.

- Can I turn BeeKeeper notifications on or off on my phone?

Yes, please follow these steps.

On Mobile:

1. On the top of your home screen, you can directly access your notification settings

2. Go to Notifications / "..." on the top right corner / Select Notifications settings

On desktop:

1. Go to the Notifications Tab (bell icon) - "..." on the top right corner / settings

- Am I able to create a stream in BeeKeeper?

No, only designated admins have the rights to create a stream.

- Can I leave a stream in BeeKeeper?

Streams will be allocated to users as part of their organisational structure and those cannot be left.
You can turn off notifications per individual stream though.

- Can I create a group chat?

Please follow the steps to create a groupchats:

1. Click the chats button.

2. Click the conversation bubble.
3. Click “New Chat (+)” button.
4. Click "Group Chat"
5. Enter the group chat title.
6. Type in the names of the individuals to be included in the group chat.
7. Enter your initial message and hit the send button.
8. You can also add a profile image for the chat.
 - Can I edit a post once I have posted it?

Yes, click on the 3 dots menu in the top right corner of your post and select “Edit”.
