This Seafarer’s Work Contract is entered into between EDI PURWANTO (the “Seafarer”) and J. Ray McDermott, S.A. (the “Employer” or the
“Company”) pursuant to the Standing Employment Agreement between Seafarer and Employer dated 11TH May 2022, and incorporates all
the terms and conditions contained in the Standing Employment Agreement.

The period of Seafarer’s employment will be for approximately 365 days commencing upon the Seafarer’s departure from his/her home (home shall
be defined as the place (city, town, village) of permanent residence).

Mobilization/Demobilization/Travel Terms

The 12 hours day rate set forth above is applicable to hours actually
worked by the Employee.

In the event of extended travel times (beyond three (3) calendar days),
for repatriation upon demobilization, mobilization or otherwise, caused
by a public health emergency, including but not limited to a
government mandatory quarantine or government imposed travel
restrictions or such related event outside of the Company’s direct
control, Company reserves the right to pay no less than the minimum
wage rate as mandated by ILO or such jurisdiction where the employee
remains following completion of active work during the extended time
which is being considered off project, idle or non-productive

If for the reasons noted above outside of Company’s direct control, or


other operational reasons, the Company employer is not able to
proceed with mobilization, then the Employment Agreement contract
will be cancelled.
