Week 1 - 2 Introduction and Job Posting Management

● Introduction to the company and HR department


● Understanding the recruitment process
● Learn how to post job postings on various job portals
● Practice editing and removing job postings
● Learn how to filter resumes and identify suitable candidates

Week 3 - 4 Candidate Screening and Interview Scheduling


● Learn how to conduct pre-screening interviews
● Practice scheduling interviews with suitable candidates
● Participate in actual interviews with HR team members

Week 5 - 6 Offer Letter Preparation and Onboarding

● Understand the components of an offer letter


● Learn how to prepare an offer letter and negotiate salary
with candidates
● Understand the onboarding process and assist in
onboarding new hires

Week 7 - 8 Offboarding and Performance Management

● Learn the offboarding process and assist in conducting exit


interviews
● Understand the performance management process and
assist in performance reviews
● Learn how to propose improvements to the performance
management process

Week 9 - 10 Employer Branding and Career Fairs

● Learn the importance of employer branding and how it


affects the company's recruitment efforts
● Research and propose improvements to the employer
branding strategy
● Identify upcoming job fairs and assist in the planning and
participation process

Week 11 - 12 Presentation by students


o Doing up of a report of the past 12 weeks that includes,
but not limited to:
▪ Reflection about what was done well

▪ What areas could the participant have improved on

▪ Unexpected challenges that the participant was


faced with and how he/she overcame it
▪ Proposal on how to improve company
processes/policies if any

Feedback by company
o Assess individual on their strengths/weaknesses using
SPARK model (Skill, Process, Attitude, Resource,
Knowledge)
o Assess individual’s overall performance and attitude
towards job
o Provide constructive criticism to individual if any

Total Duration 12 Weeks
