THE CRAZY BUDDIES ESPORT (TCBS ESPORT)

1. General Guidelines

1.1 These rules serve as the Official Rules of the TCBS ESPORT

RAR#1 - GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

RAR1.1 The SQUAD is open only to citizens from the Philippines.


RAR1.2 Compassion: treat others as you would be treated.

RAR1.3 Integrity: be honest, be committed, play fair.

RAR1.4 Respect: show respect all other humans, including teammates, competitors, and event
staff.

RAR1.5 Courage: be courageous in competition and in standing up for what is right.

RAR1.6 Players/Members must not engage in harassment or hate speech in any form. This
includes, but is not limited to: Hate speech, offensive behavior, or verbal abuse related
to sex, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, disability,
physical appearance, body size, age, or religion.
RAR1.7 Stalking or intimidation (physically or online).

RAR1.8 Spamming, raiding, hijacking, or inciting disruption of streams or social media in any
Tournaments Using the TCBS ESPORT.

RAR1.9 Posting or threatening to post other people’s personally identifying information using
with the name of Squad (“doxing”).

RAR1.10 Unwelcome sexual attention. This includes, unwelcome sexualized comments, jokes,
and sexual advances.

RAR1.11 Advocating for, or encouraging, any of the above behavior.

RAR1.12 NO GAMBLING OR BETTING ON ESPORT MATCHES

RAR1.13 ALL MEMBERS MUST OBEY THE DECISIONS OF THE ORGANIZATION OFFICIALS AND
MANAGEMENT

RAR1.14 ALL MEMBERS MUST ABIDE THE TOURNAMENT RULES AND REGULATION
RAR1.15 CHEATING OR EXPLOITING GAME MECHANICS IS STRICTLY PROBIHITED

RAR1.16 ALL TEAM MEMBERS MUST BE AT LEAST FIFTEEN YEARS OF AGE.

RAR1.17 ALL TEAM MEMBERS MUST BE RESPECTFUL TO ONE ANOTHER, CAPTAINS, TOURNAMENT
ORGANIZER, OPPONENTS, SPECTATORS AT ALL TIMES

RAR1.18 Intentional Disconnection. An intentional disconnection without a proper and explicitly-


stated reason.

RAR1.19 Identity. A Player may not cover his or her face or attempt to conceal his or her identity
from the TCBS ESPORT POSER, RPIER IS ALLOWED BUT HIS/HER MUST SEND HIS/HER
PHOTO

UPDATES

RAR2.5 ESTABLISHING RULES AND CONSEQUENCES FOR VIOLATING ANY RULES, MAKING SURE
THEY ARE FOLLOWED IF NEEDED

RAR#2- TEAM CAPTAINS TO HEAD CAPTAIN


RAR2.10 THE TEAM CAPTAIN MUST TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR LEADING AND SUPPORTING THE
TEAM UNDER THE DIRECTION OF THE HEAD CAPTAIN.

RAR2.11 THE TEAM CAPTAIN MUST ENSURE THAT THE ALL TEAM MEMBERS ARE ADHERING TO
THE TEAMS RULES AND EXPECTATIONS.

RAR2.12 THE TEAM CAPTAIN MUST COMMUNICATE REGULARLY WITH THE HEAD CAPTAIN AND
PROVIDE UPDATES ON TEAM PROGRESS AS REQUESTED.

RAR2.13 THE TEAM CAPTAINS MUST ATTEND ALL TEAM MEETINGS AND PROVIDE INPUT AS
REQUESTEDBY THE HEAD CAPTAIN.
RAR2.14 THE TEAM CAPTAINS MUST ALSO ASSIST IN ORGANIZING SPECIAL TCBS ESPORT EVENTS.

RAR#3 - PLAYERS FOR THEIR INDIVIDUALITY

RAR3.1 REMAIN GROUNDED AND HUMBLE; REMEMBER THAT ACCOMPLISHMENTS ON THE


FIELD DON’T DEFINE YOUR WORTH.

RAR3.2 BALANCE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH TAKE REGULAR BREAKS, SLEEP WELL, AND
MAINTAIN A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE.

RAR3.3 GIVE BACK TO THE TCBS ESPORT COMMUNITY BY GIVING ADVICES OR LESSONS TO
THOSE WHO ARE NEW TO COMMUNITY

RAR3.4 REMAIN OPEN TO FEEDBACK AND RESPECT THE OPINIONS OF YOUR TEAM CAPTAINS,
HEAD CAPTAINS, ORGANIZATION OFFICIALS, TEAM MENTORS, AND YOUR FELLOW
MEMBER IN TCBS ESPORT.
RAR3.5 REMAIN PROFESIONAL AT ALL TIMES AND UPHOLD THE HONOUR AND INTEGRITY OF
THE SPORT.

RAR3.6 REFRAIN FROM USING EXCESSIVE INAPPROPRIATE LANGUAGE.

RAR3.7 RESPECT OPPONENTS AND NEVER MENACE OR BELITTLE THEM.

RAR3.8 TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR OWN ACTIONS; WIN OR LOSE, ERRORS OR SUCCESSES
ARE YOURS TO OWN.

RAR3.9 MONITOR YOUR EMOTIONS; FOCUS ON HAVING POSITIVE ATTITUDES AND AVOID
BEING OVERLY AGGRESSIVE.

RAR3.10 AVOID CONFRONTATIONS WITH OPPOSING PLAYERS, ORGANIZERS, MARSHALLS,


REFEREES AND SPECTATORS.

RAR3.11 MOST IMPORTANTLY, HAVE FUN AND ENJOY EVERY MOMENT OF YOUR TCBS ESPORT
EXPERIENCE.

RAR#4 - TEAM MEMBERS TO TEAM CAPTAIN

RAR4.1 RESPECT THE AUTHORITY OF THE TEAM CAPTAIN AT ALL TIME

RAR4.2 ALWAYS INFORM OR COMMUNICATE WITH THE TEAM CAPTAIN BEFORE MAKING ANY
DECISIONS OR TAKING ACTIONS.

RAR4.3 FOLLOW TEAM CAPTAIN'S DIRECTIONS IN ALL ASPECTS OF THE TEAM ACTIVITY

RAR4.4 LISTEN OR UNDERSTAND CAREFULLY AND REMAIN ATTENTIVE AT TIME MEETINGS.

RAR4.5 HONOR THE COMMITMENT OF BEING A TEAM MEMBER BY ATTENDING ALL SCHEDULED
ACTIVITIES, TEAM EVENTS AND MEETINGS.
RAR4.6 DO NOT ENGAGE IN ANY DISRESPECTFUL OR DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR TOWARDS OTHER
TEAM CAPTAINS.

MEETING, ACTIVITIES, EVENTS, AND TOURNAMENTS WITH A VALID REASON.

RAR4.8 RESPECT THE NEED FOR CONFIDENTIALITY.

RAR#5 - GROUP CHAT RULES

RAR5.1 RESPECT; ALL MEMBERS OF THE GROUP CHAT MUST RESPECT EACH OTHER, REGARDLESS
OF THEIR EXPERIENCE OR SKILL LEVEL

RAR5.2 LANGUAGE; ALL COMMUNICATIONS MUST BE KEPT, ANY OFFENSIVE LANGUAGE OR ANY
SPAM CONTENT IS PROHIBITED

RAR5.3 GAMEPLAY; KEEP ALL IN-GAME TOPICS AND CONVERSATIONS RELATED TO THE MLBB.
BEHAVIOUR THAT DISRUPTS OR AFFECTS OTHER PLAYERS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.

RAR5.4 COURTESY; ALL MEMBERS SHOULD BE COURTEOUS IN THEIR COMMUNICATION.


ARGUMENTS SHOULD BE AVOIDED AND DEALT WITH IN PRIVATE.

RAR5.5 SPORTMANSHIP; WIN OR LOSE, MEMBERWS SHULD REMAIN SUPPORTIVE AND


RESPECTFUL OF EACH OTHER.

RAR5.6 IDENTITY; DO NOT SHARE PERSONAL INFORMATION ON THE GROUP CHAT.

RAR5.7 QUESTIONS; ENSURE ANY QUESTIONS YOU HAVE RELEVANT TO THE GROUP. IF IT'S A
PERSONAL PROBLEM, PLEASE TAKE IT TO PRIVATE MESSAGING.

RAR5.8 INVOLVEMENT; PARTICIPATION IS THE KEY, AS A TEAM, IT IS IMPORTANT FOR MEMBERS


TO STAY ACTIVE IN THE CHAT AND BE SURE TO CONTRIBUTE WHEN APPROPRIATE.

RAR5.9 BREAKING THE RULES; IF ANY OF THE GROUP CHAT RULES ARE BROKEN, A WARNING
WILL BE ISSUED. AFTER THREE WARNINGS, THE PLAYER MAY BE REMOVED FROM THE
GROUP CHAT.
RAR5.10 MISUSE; ANY MISUSE OF THE CHAT WILL BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY AND APPROPRIATE
ACTION WILL BE TAKEN

RAR5.11 SPAM MESSAGES IS PROHIBITED

MATERIALS, IMAGES, VIDEOS OR AUDIO AND ALSO KNOW AS PORN, SCANDALS, BOLDS.

RAR#6 - TCBS ESPORT LOGOS


RAR6.1 YOU MUST HAVE WRITTEN PERMISSION FROM TCBS ESPORTS TO USE THEIR LOGO

RAR6.2 THE TCBS LOGO'S MUST BE USED IN A RESPECTFUL WAY THAT DOES NOT PORTRAY THE
ORGANIZATION IN A NEGATIVE LIGHT.

RAR6.3 THE TCBS LOGO'S MUST NOT BE USED IN ANY WAY THAT WOULD SUGGEST FALSE
ENDORSEMENT OR AFFILIATION.

RAR6.4 THE LOGO MUST NOT BE MODIFIED IN ANY WAY, SUCH AS CHANGING THE COLORS,
CROPPING, OR ADDING TEXT.

RAR6.5 THE LOGO MUST BE USED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE LAWS AND
REGULATIONS.

RAR6.6 THE LOGO MUST NOT BE USED FOR ANY COMMERCIAL OR ADVERTISING PURPOSES.

RAR#7 - MANAGEMENT

RAR7.1 Respect the management and their decisions. All players are expected to abide by the
rules and regulations set forth by the TCBS eSports management.

RAR7.2 Teams and players are prohibited from using TCBS MANAGEMENT for the purpose of
advertisement or promotion.

RAR7.3 Teams and players must not make any threats or conduct themselves in a manner that
could harm or negatively affect the reputation of the TCBS ESport Management.

RAR7.4 The Management will provide all necessary information to members concerning any
tournament or event in a timely manner.

RAR7.5 The Management will provide all necessary information to members concerning any

RAR7.6 The Management reserves the right to make any decision in the interest of fairness and
in the best interest of TCBS eSport as a whole.

RAR7.7 The Management must be informed immediately of any injury or illness which may
affect a player’s participation in an event or tournament.

RAR7.8 Management reserves the rights to suspend or expel any player found to violate the
TCBS ESPORT rules and regulations.

RAR7.9 Players are expected to treat their teammates, Team Captains, Management, and all
other persons associated with the team with respect and in a professional manner.

RAR7.10 All team formations and roster changes must be approved by Management prior to any
game.

RAR7.11 Any winnings or prizes obtained from tournaments must be declared and shared duly
with the team Management.

RAR7.12 Players must obtain approval from the Management before participating in any event or
tournament outside of TCBS Esports activities.

RAR.7.13 All Branches of the TCBS Esports are required to obtain written permission from the
Management before joining any event or tournament.
2. Administration and
Announcements

Org President, Owner, CEO, Founder The role of the President is to provide the
principle leadership and responsibility for the
Guild and the committee. The President is
primarily responsible for ensuring the Guold
sets and meets its goals and objectives, is
administered according to the Guild Rules and
completes all compliance obligations.
Organization President Manage all day to day

Teams

Co-Owner, Org Manager, Co Founder Org Manager is the primary administrator of an
Guild. Org manager are responsible for
organizing the team and making sure players
are prepared for competition. Managers handle
the logistics of scheduling practices while also
scouting and recruiting new players. Guild Team
Manager also handle creative duties with the
team’s branding. They select team colors and
oversee logo design, and order uniforms and
equipment.
Vice President The Organization Vice President provides
leadership and vision for the Guild program,
including, but not limited to, recruiting players
competitors, mentoring, and facility
management. The incumbent will develop,
implement, monitor, and allocate resources
related to developing a thriving and competitive
Tournament program.

The Org Vp is expected to work collaboratively


and strategically within and outside
Management to meet the Guild goals.

Team Captain, Captain Each team must designate a team captain
including themselves. The team captain is the
link between the team and those responsible for
the tournament and may not belong to another
team regardless of the function in the same
competition. Team Captains have the following
responsibilities:

event of a short absence.

2.1 Individuals who are authorized by Management to administrate/to manage the


TEAM based on its rules and regulations will be called “TEAM CAPTAIN” (CAPT for
abbreviation purposes) or (Cap for abbreviation purposes). ABOVE, individuals who
directly handle the whole team proper will be regarded as “HEAD CAPTAIN.”
Collectively the group of admins operations will be referred to as the managers.
2.2 Messenger will be the main mode of communication between the Players
and management during the entirety of the squad. Should any other means
of communication for announcements, declarations, and other such
information will be communicated to the players as the game progresses, as
necessary.
2.3 Participants have impliedly accepted the officially announced schedule of this
tournamentand have agreed to participate fully at any time during the dates
provided as well asadjustments to the dates due to possible and unforeseen
circumstances.

3. Matches, competitions, meetings

In all competitions there should be a fair playing field for all players.
It is not allowed for participants to bet on matches in the competition. Betting
against yourself (in teams: against your own team) will get you (in team: your team)
the player(s) will be banned in TCBS ESPORT.

Players and teams that are already qualified for or participating in an event (e.g.
open Tournament or any offline event) are not allowed to participate in any of its
ongoing or upcoming qualifiers. In the case of a player or team breaching this rule,
they will be disqualified from the current qualifier and may face further punishment,
up to and including disqualification from the event.
Starting Time
The series start time is determined by the tournament organizer. It is either a fixed time or the

end of the previous round (on average end time +10 minutes). At their scheduled start time, all

tournament officials and players must be ready. It is the responsibility of those responsible for

the tournament to announce the start times. It is the team Captains responsibility to ensure that

the team is on time and ready at the start time.

Preparation Time

Preparation times are the first ten (10) minutes before the start time (unless otherwise specified)
and the five to ten (5-10) minutes between games Ex. Game Time is 10:00PM, so the players must
preare at 9:50PM. The teams should use this time to check
whether they are optimally prepared. During this time, players must do the following:

A. Log in to the Mobile Legends Bang Bang Client with their account on the correct server

B. Join the game lobby provided by the tournament officials. (Lobby will be announced by

the tournament referee to the respective team captains before each match).

C. If a player is substituted during the tournament, the tournament organization must be

informed before the start of the first game.

D. Violation of the preparation time will be penalized with a warning which, if repeated, will

lead to an increasing penalty.

E. Players will be informed by the Organizer on the In Game Apparel requirements that

must be adhered by all players.

Method of matches

- BO1 RAISED TO 1 GAME, BO3 RAISED TO 2 GAME, BO5 RAISED TO 3 GAME
C. Determining a winner
The first team to destroy the opponent’s Base.
If “Surrender” is called by either team, it will count as a concession to the other team.
In the case of a dispute, the referee shall decide.
D. Tiebreakers
● Head-to-head result, if not applicable;
● Shortest match victory duration.
In a case of a three-way-tie or five-way-tie, after each resolved tie, the process is repeated for
the remaining tied participants.
In special cases, the Referee can rule in a different way to determine the order in an unsolved
tie.
Forbidden Behavior During Tournament
A. If a player of a team commits misconduct or any inappropriate act in a team event, the
referee may take disciplinary action against the team which can include a caution,
warning, forfeit, or expulsion.
B. Every participant has to show the needed respect towards referees and other
participants. Insults and unfair or disrespectful behavior towards anyone are not
tolerated and will be punished.
C. Every team and participant has to try to win every game at every stage of the
competition. Purposefully losing for any reason is strictly forbidden.
D. When a player of a team is found manipulating the client to customize the game beyond
the range of settings provided in-game, the team's participation may be forfeited upon
the referee's decision.
Accounts
- All Team members must use their own real account (MAIN ACCOUNT) to enter the match, the
consequences of using different accounts will result in team disqualification.

4. Language
The official language of this SQUAD/TEAM is TAGALOG/ENGLISH . All players should
be able to communicate in Tagalog/English and to do so.

5. Accounts
5.1 Player
An TCBS ESPORT PLAYERS can only be created if the user is at least 14 years old or
above. When registering, each player must provide an up-to-date and correct Full
Name, Age, Birth date, MLBBUID, MLBB SERVER, IGN, Address and it is the player’s
responsibility to keep this up-to-date. a method of contact must be available and
visible to all users in your player profile.

5.2 Multiaccounts
Each player in the TCBS ESPORT must only have one account! If a player can not
access his account and then creates a new one, then he/she must write a support
message in detail the reason for not being able to access the account.

5.3 Nicknames, Team Names and URL Aliases


We reserve the right to edit Nicknames and/or URL aliases,

In addition to the above, any nicknames/team names/aliases that are purely


commercial (e.g. product names), defamatory, pejorative, offensive, vulgar, obscene,
anti-Semitic, inciting hatred, or offending against good manners are forbidden.
Using alternative spelling, gibberish or wrong spelling in order to avoid the
requirements mentioned above is not tolerated. We reserve the right to extend,
change, exchange or delete these rules if necessary.

6.Teams

A team's name does not have to be unique, but the TCBS ESPORT reserves the right
to refuse UM with the same or similar names as a well-known (e.g. If you named
your team “NEXTPLAY EVOS" or “NXPE” etc, that would not be allowed).

Names which are restricted by us will not be accepted and will be disbaned from
TCBS ESPORT MANAGEMENT and punished with Squad points if found. Also, names
which go against all forms of etiquette and good manners will not be accepted.

The logo must represent the team and have some reference to the team's name or
to the team's short handle. Copyrighted logos, or logos which go against etiquette
and good mannerrs will not be accepted.

7. Obligations During Events

1 Discord/FB messenger Representation


a) All TEAM CAPTAINS are responsible to keep track of
Discord/FBmessenger messages at all times before, during, and after
the tournament (if necessary) for updates and announcements that
concerntheir team’s well-being and good standing in the tournament.
b) ALL PLAYERS/MEMBERS MUST HAVE FB messenger/Discord so that it can be used im
team communication

2 Punctuality
A. Players (MAIN5, 6THMAN, RESERVED PLAYERS) TEAM are expected
to be prompt in attendance during tournament days and for their
appointed match times to be divulged on FBmessenger. Failure to
appear on time may merit penalties such as penalty points,
gamelosses, match losses, or outright disqualifications.

3 Sportsmanship and Player Conduct


A. All players playing in the grinds, scrimmages, events, tournament
are expected to uphold the sportsmanship.
B. Players found to be rude, racist, offensive, or showing,
exhibiting, orportraying any form of physical, verbal, or
sexual violence will beimmediately disqualified in the
tournaments.
C. Players are highly encouraged to report any unsavory and bad
behavior to HEAD CAPTAIN, TEAM CAPTAINS, ADMINS,
MANAGERS, immediately. Providing screenshots is highly
recommended

A. Hacking – Any illegal modification to Mobile Legends.

8. Participation in prize tournaments

Prize winning means any tournaments with physical or money prizes. Those prizes
will be offered under the rate conditions, which regulates claiming and receiving
prizes.

9. CHANGING OF ROSTER

1. Teams can only change their lineup or roster during


weekends or on reasonable days as determined by the TCBS
ESPORT ORGANIZERS. Any changes made on other days will not
be considered valid.
2. Each team is allowed to change a maximum of 3 slots in their
lineup or roster. This means that they can replace up to 3
players with new ones.
3. Teams must have a minimum of 6 players in their lineup at
all times. If a team wishes to change their entire lineup, they
must ensure they have a minimum of 6 players remaining.
4. Each team can have a maximum of 9 players in their lineup.
They cannot exceed this number at any given time.
5. Teams are allowed to change or reset all roster slots at the
end of each season. This means that they can completely
overhaul their lineup and replace all players if they choose to
do so.
6. Any changes made to the lineup or roster must be
communicated to the TCBS ESPORT organizers and must follow
the designated procedures for roster changes.
7. All roster changes must be made with fair play in mind and
must not violate any rules or regulations set by the TCBS
ESPORT organizers.
8. Any violations or attempts to manipulate the roster change
rules can result in penalties or Termination s, as determined by
the TCBS ESORT organizers
9. Team captains or handlers must make a request to the TCBS
ORGANIZATION for any lineup or roster changes. The request
must include the reasons for the change and the players who
will be replaced.
10. The TCBS ESPORT organizers will review and approve or
deny the lineup or roster change request based on the validity
of the reasons provided and adherence to the rules.
11. Lineup or roster changes must be made with the intention
of improving the team's overall performance and
competitiveness. Changes made solely for personal reasons or
to gain an unfair advantage will not be allowed.
12. Any changes made to the lineup or roster must be made in
a fair and unbiased manner, without discrimination based on
factors such as race, gender, or age.
13. Teams must give a reasonable notice period for any lineup
or roster changes. Late or last-minute changes may not be
approved by the TCBS ESPORT organizers.
14. It is the responsibility of team captains or handlers to
ensure that all players in the lineup or roster are eligible to
participate in the tournament and meet any age or eligibility
requirements set by the TCBS ESPORT ORGANIZATION.
15. Teams are encouraged to maintain transparency and open
communication throughout the lineup or roster change process.
This includes informing all team members about any potential
changes and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
16. Once a lineup or roster change is approved and
implemented, the team cannot make any further changes until
the next designated change period, unless there are
exceptional circumstances as determined by the TCBS ESPORT
organizers.
17. Teams must ensure that all new players added to the lineup
or roster have a good understanding and are able to adapt to
the team's nature and playstyle.
18. Players who have been replaced in the lineup or roster may
still have a role within the team, such as being UNDRAFTED
substitutes or Reserves. It is up to the team to determine how
they utilize these players.
19. Teams must maintain professionalism and respect
throughout the lineup or roster change process. This includes
treating all players, both incoming and outgoing, with courtesy
and fairness.
20. The TCBS ESPORT organizers have the final decision on all
roster change requests and reserve the right to make any
amendments or modifications to the rules as necessary for the
fair conduct of the tournament.

10. TRADING, UNDRAFTING, TRANSFERRING, AND RECRUITING


1. Transferring a player: A team can transfer a player to another
team only if the player has been registered in the team for at
least 7 days. This ensures that the player has had enough time
to settle into the team and demonstrates commitment.

2. Undrafting a player: If a team wishes to undraft a player and


remove them from their roster, they must provide a valid
reason for doing so. This reason could include performance
issues, behavioral problems, or any other valid concerns. The
decision to undraft a player should be taken after careful
consideration and consultation with team management.

3. Trading a player: Teams can trade players with each other,


but the same rule of player registration for at least 7 days
applies. Both teams involved in the trade must agree on the
terms and conditions, including player compensation or any
other relevant factors. The trade should be fair and in the best
interest of both teams.

4. Recruiting a player: Teams can recruit new players to join


their roster, but the players being recruited must also fulfill the
7-day registration requirement. During the recruitment process,
teams should consider various factors including skill level,
compatibility with the team dynamic, and overall team
objectives. Recruitment should be done in a fair and
transparent manner.

5.All transferring, undrafting, trading, and recruiting activities


must be conducted on weekends or reasonable days that do
not impact the team's competitive schedule. This ensures that
the team's focus remains on their performance during critical
times.

6. The TEAM CAPTAINS, AND MANAGEMENT should


communicate any plans for transferring, undrafting, trading, or
recruiting players to the players involved and provide a clear
explanation for the decision. This helps to maintain
transparency within the team and fosters trust among the
players.

7. In the case of a player being transferred or traded, the team


should provide support and facilitate a smooth transition for
the player. This may include assisting arrangements, player
data, or any other necessary arrangements to ensure a
seamless transfer.

8. Any disputes or disagreements related to transferring,


undrafting, trading, or recruiting players should be resolved
through open and honest communication between TCBS
ESPORT MANAGEMENT, players, and any other involved parties.
It is important to maintain a respectful and professional
approach when addressing such issues.

9. Teams should prioritize the well-being and happiness of their


players when making decisions regarding transferring,
undrafting, trading, or recruiting. The overall goal should be to
create a positive and conducive environment for players to
perform at their best.

10. The player must not deliberately leave their current team
with the sole intention of joining another team. This rule is in
place to prevent players from strategically manipulating their
contracts or team affiliations for personal gain.

11. Transfer Requests: If a player desires to transfer to another


team, they must communicate their intention to the team
management. The player must provide valid reasons for the
transfer, such as personal growth, better opportunities, or to be
closer to family. Transfer requests will be evaluated on a case-
by-case basis, taking into consideration the team's best
interests

12. Confidentiality: All trade discussions and negotiations


should be treated with strict confidentiality. Both TCBS
ESPORTS management and the interested team must uphold
the privacy of any trade talks to maintain professionalism and
respect the player's privacy.
13. Non-Deliberate Undrafted Trade: Players must not
deliberately undraft themselves from TCBS ESPORTS with the
sole intention of joining another team. Any attempt to
manipulate the drafting process will be considered a breach of
contract.

14. Sole Intention of Joining Another Team: Players should not


be undrafted or engage in discussions with TCBS ESPORTS with
the sole intention of later joining another team. Such behavior
is considered unethical and may result in the player's
disqualification from future opportunities with TCBS ESPORTS.

15. Respecting Player Rights: TCBS ESPORTS will respect the


rights of its players throughout the trade process. If a trade
request is denied, the team will support the player's decision to
remain with the Team and continue to provide them with
opportunities to succeed.

Rules for Undrafted Players in TCBS Esport:

1. Undrafted players can actively search for available slots in


teams within the TCBS Esport. They can approach team
managers, captains, or any authorized personnel to inquire
about potential openings.
2. Undrafted players should showcase their skills and abilities
by participating in community events organized by TCBS Esport.
These events can include tryouts, scrimmages, or tournaments
specifically designed for undrafted players.

3. Undrafted players must abide by the TCBS Esport code of


conduct and maintain a respectful attitude towards team
members, team captains, organizers, and other players.

4. Undrafted players must be registered members of the TCBS


Esport community and should have an active player profile with
accurate information, such as preferred name, in game name
mlbbuid, mlbb server and address.

5. Undrafted players should actively engage with the TCBS


Esport community by joining forums, social media groups, or
messenger group chat to stay updated on available
opportunities and connect with potential team members or
team captains.

6. Undrafted players should actively communicate their


availability, commitment, and willingness to participate in team
activities, practice sessions, and competitions.

RULES FOR UNDRAFTING PLAYERS


1. Each team can only undraft a maximum of 3 players per
week in the TCBS Esport league.
2. Undrafting a player can only be done through the team's
management.
3. Undrafting can only be done during the designated
undrafting period. This period will be predetermined by the
management and communicated to all teams.
4. Once a player is undrafted, they become a free agent and are
available for any team to join.
5. Undrafted players cannot be re-drafted by the same team
during the same undrafting period. However, they can be
considered for re-drafting in future undrafting periods.
6. When undrafting a player, the team's must provide a valid
reason for the undraft. This reason can range from poor
performance or violation.
7. Undrafting a player does not guarantee that the team will be
able to sign another player immediately. The availability of free
agents will depend on the current status of other teams and
their undrafted players.
8. Undrafted players cannot be undrafted again in the same
week. This rule prevents teams from constantly undrafting and
re-drafting players as a strategy.
9. The order of undrafting will be determined based on the
team's standings or a predetermined undrafting order. This
ensures fairness and prevents teams from undrafting players
solely to gain a competitive advantage.
10. Undrafting a player does not exempt the team from any
obligations or penalties associated with the player's contract.
The team must still fulfill their commitments before undrafting
a player.
11. Undrafting a player is a strategic decision and should be
based on careful analysis and consideration of the team's
performance and goals.
12. The management may impose additional rules or
restrictions on undrafting players if necessary to maintain the
integrity of the management. Teams are expected to comply
with these rules and ensure fair play.
13. Undrafting a player should be communicated to the
management and other teams in a timely manner. This allows
other teams to be aware of the player's availability and
potentially make offers to join them.
14. Teams are encouraged to consider the impact of undrafting
on team chemistry and morale. Undrafting a player without
proper justification or communication can have negative effects
on the overall team dynamics.
15. Once a player is undrafted, they are no longer eligible to
play for the team during official matches or events unless they
are re-drafted in a future undraft

These rules and regulations may be subject to change or


modification based on the specific needs and circumstances of
the team and the TCBS ESPORT organization. Any changes
should be communicated clearly and in a timely manner to all
parties involved.

By following these rules, teams in the TCBS Esport league can


ensure fair and balanced player transactions, fostering a
competitive and professional environment for all players and
teams involved.

11. BANNING A PLAYER

1. All players must adhere to the rules and regulations set forth
by TCBS Esport. Failure to do so may result in warnings or
permanent removal.
2. Any player found using hacks, cheats, or any form of unfair
advantage will be immediately banned without warning.
3. Harassment, bullying, or any form of toxic behavior towards
other players will not be tolerated. Offenders will receive a
warning, followed by a permanent ban for repeated violations.
4. Any player found intentionally throwing matches or
sabotaging their team's performance will receive a warning. If
the behavior continues, they will be permanently banned.
5. Exploiting glitches or abusing bugs for personal gain is
strictly prohibited. Offenders will receive a warning before
being permanently removed.
6. Sharing or using account information of other players is
strictly prohibited. Any player found engaging in account
boosting or selling will be immediately banned without warning.
7. Discriminatory behavior or hate speech based on race,
gender, nationality, religion, or sexual orientation is not
tolerated. Offenders will receive a warning, followed by a
permanent ban for repeated violations.
8. All players must respect the authority and decisions made by
the tournament administrators and game officials. Disregarding
their instructions or engaging in disrespectful behavior towards
them will result in a warning, followed by a permanent ban for
repeated violations.
9. Engaging in match-fixing or any form of unethical conduct
that compromises the integrity of the game will result in an
immediate permanent ban.
10. Any player found engaging in or promoting illegal activities,
including but not limited to hacking, cheating, or copyright
infringement, will be permanently removed from TCBS Esport
without warning.
11. Inappropriate or offensive usernames, avatars, or profile
information are not allowed. Players will be given a warning to
change their content, and failure to comply will result in a
permanent ban.
12. Impersonating TCBS Esport Captains, officials or other
players is strictly prohibited. Offenders will receive a warning,
followed by a permanent ban for repeated violations.
13. Engaging in any form of disruptive behavior during matches
or tournaments, such as excessive trolling, spamming, or
intentionally causing lag, will result in a warning. Repeat
offenders will be permanently banned.
14. Any form of cheating during official tournaments, including
communication with external parties or sharing game-related
information, will result in immediate disqualification and a
permanent ban.
15. Selling or trading TCBS Esport accounts, in-game items, or
virtual currency for real-world currency is strictly prohibited.
Offenders will receive a warning, followed by a permanent ban
for repeated violations.
16. All players must adhere to the specified age requirements
for participation. Falsifying personal information or using fake
identification will result in a permanent ban.
17. Engaging in any form of match manipulation or colluding
with opponents to gain an unfair advantage will result in an
immediate permanent ban.
18. Any player found involved in unauthorized streaming or
broadcasting of TCBS Esport matches, events or tournaments
including (TCBS ESPORT BRANCH WARS) without proper
permission will be permanently banned without warning.
19. Sharing or distributing private or confidential information
about other players without their consent is strictly prohibited.
Offenders will receive a warning and repeated violations will
result in a permanent ban.
20. Any form of physical or verbal threats, including the
encouragement of self-harm or harm towards others, will not
be tolerated. Offenders will be permanently banned without
warning.
21. Engaging in any form of discrimination or hate speech,
including offensive language, slurs, or derogatory remarks,
towards other players or communities will result in a warning.
Repeated violations will result in a permanent ban.
22. Any form of cheating or unethical behavior during the
selection process for TCBS Esport teams, such as bribing
selectors, manipulating results, or providing false information,
will result in a permanent ban without warning.
23. Violations of the terms and conditions of the game or
platform being used for TCBS Esport will be subject to the
respective penalties, which may include warnings, suspensions,
or permanent bans.
24. TCBS Esport reserves the right to make additional rules or
amendments as necessary to ensure fair play, maintain
integrity, and foster a positive community environment. Players
are expected to stay updated with these rules and comply with
them at all times. Failure to do so may result in warnings,
suspensions, or permanent bans.

12. ATTENDANCE

1. All TCBS ESPORT members are required to report attendance


sessions every day from 6 PM until 10 PM.
2. Team captains are responsible for creating and posting an
attendance poll every day at 6 PM.
3. Attendance polls must include the names of all team
members and should be submitted no later than 10 PM.
4. Members are required to vote on the attendance poll for
their attendance to be considered official.
5. Voting on the attendance poll should be done promptly and
before the designated deadline.
6. Late submissions or failure to vote on the attendance poll
may result in penalties or warnings.
7. Attendance will be tracked and recorded by the team
captains for performance evaluation and organization purposes.
8. It is the responsibility of each member to ensure their
attendance is accurately recorded.
9. Any changes to the attendance schedule must be
communicated in advance to the team captain.
10. Consistent absence or failure to comply with the attendance
policy may result in disciplinary actions or removal from the
team.
11. If a member is unable to attend a practice session, they
must inform the team captain in advance with a valid reason.
12. Valid reasons for absence include personal emergencies,
illness, or other unavoidable circumstances.
13. Members are encouraged to prioritize their commitment to
the team and make attendance a top priority.
14. Regular attendance is crucial for team synergy,
improvement, and cohesion.
15. The team captains will use attendance records to make
decisions regarding team participation, matches, and roster
selection.
