This is the Endorsement to Schedule 3 of your Policy, which will take effect on 16 July 2022.

Schedule 3 of your Policy shall be amended by varying the content of the Investment Objective and
Strategy of PRULink Managed Fund II as follows:

“PRULink Managed Fund II is a managed fund that seeks to maximise returns over medium to
long term by investing in shares and fixed income securities through PRULink Equity Fund and
PRULink Bond Fund and in any other PRULink Funds that may become available in the future.
The neutral asset allocation ratio is 80% in equities and 20% in fixed income securities with
allowable movement +/- 10”

Except for the above, all other contents of Schedule 3 of your Policy shall remain unchanged.

Ini merupakan Endorsemen kepada Jadual 3 bagi Polisi anda, yang mana ia akan menjadi efektif

Jadual 3 bagi Polisi anda akan diubah dengan mengubah kandungan bagi Objektif dan Strategi

pulangan dalam jangka sederhana hingga jangka panjang melalui pelaburan dalam saham dan
sekuriti faedah tetap menerusi PRULink Equity Fund dan PRULink Bond Fund dan mana-mana
Dana PRULink yang mungkin tersedia pada masa hadapan. Nisbah pengagihan aset yang
neutral adalah 80% dalam ekuiti dan 20% dalam sekuriti-sekuriti pendapatan tetap dengan
pergerakan yang dibenarkan daripada tanda aras sebanyak +/- 10%.”

Melainkan yang disebut di atas, semua kandungan lain dalam Jadual 3 bagi Polisi anda tetap sama.
