ARTICLE 1: DEVELOPMENT OF MOBILE FATWA APPLICATION FOR THE SELANGOR STATE OF

1. Aim
- To analyze the level of communi�es accessible to the fatwas of the Selangor State
Mu�i Department.
2. What is the objec�ves?
- Disseminate the available fatwa to all par�es and communi�es as their reference and
guidance in Selangor.
- Develop the state fatwa collec�on system.
- Test the user-friendly level of the system.
3. What is the problem statement?
- Selangor has digi�zed its fatwa collec�ons, but it has not been made in the form of
car applica�ons as JAKIM and Perlis Mu�i Department has made.
4. Summarize the literature review.
- The LR focuses on 3 main point,
o How fatwa is managed and issued
o The importance of the internet to deliver informa�on.
o Smartphone as a pla�orm for a more user-friendly and interac�ve fatwa
applica�ons.
5. Sugges�on for addi�onal discussion in Literature Review.

- Discuss the relevancy and role of MSS, OSSiD, DLP and BYOD in detail.
2. What is the objec�ve?
- To minimize and reduce risk of leaking informa�on and confiden�al government
documents.
3. What is the problem statement?
- Rapid innova�on of digital and internet of things technology in this age, the risk of
informa�on leakage is cri�cal and risky since it can be done with just the
convenience of at the �p of a finger.
4. Summarize the Literature Review.
- The Literature Review of this collabora�ve research focuses on many things, such as
o The implementa�on of document control and digital signatures to electronic
documents
o Analyzing Russian e-government development prac�ces and other countries.
o Discussion on the challenges of administra�on in public sectors by using e-
government facili�es.
o The study on cloud compu�ng in e-government.
o The study on weaknesses of the exis�ng document management procedures
in government organiza�ons.
