I. Abra-cram-dabra (C.R.A.M.

) - Campaign to Rational Allocation of Minutes (+ Brief


Introduction)

- The abra-cram-dabra also known as "C.R.A.M." — Campaign to Rational Allocation of


Minutes is a program catered to an issue of "Time Management" youngsters face such
as Grade 10 students; In our case, pupils of ICTHS. With this program, we are able to
fully utilize the time and potential students have in achieving a balanced lifestyle.
Guiding them not only in terms of academics; but also with the acknowledgement of their
personal homes that could affect their standardized "lifestyle".

II. Rationale

- This program is necessary as it allows time management. Considering the situation of


our fellow batchmates, we urged the need to prosper this program as it is essential for
efficiency, stress reduction, and goal achievement. By this, they can prioritize tasks,
optimize productivity, and reduce the risk of missing deadlines. Allocating time effectively
can foster a healthier student-life balance, allowing time for personal leisure and
activities.

- It will also help in building opportunities and making the most out of their skills—leading
to personal growth. Having this program will be crucial for time management in terms of
applying it to our daily lives, achieving success, and overall well-being. (Physically and
Mentally)

III. Project Description


A. Goal:
- We aim to conduct a very student-friendly program wherein we can help our fellow
students how to prioritize and maximize their time for school activities and school PETAs

- We also want you to understand how important time management is to us students and
how can we apply it to our daily life

- We want you to understand the concepts of managing your time and how to maximize
your time properly, especially when you're given a limited time only.

- We also aim to provide strategies and techniques for effective learning, scheduling and
planning.

- Encouraging students to use their time properly to avoid tardiness.

B. Objectives:
- Develop strategies to help students optimize their time, ensuring they can complete
tasks efficiently and effectively

- Equip students with techniques to overcome procrastination and promote a proactive


approach to their responsibilities

- Emphasize the importance of maintaining a healthy balance between academic and


personal life to prevent burnout and enhance overall well-being

- Instill a mindset of continuous improvement, encouraging students to regularly reflect on


their time management practices and adapt them as needed.

- Introduce methods for students to track and analyze their time usage, helping them
identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments.

C. Target Beneficiary:
- Students like us, especially Grade 10 Students, will learn to efficiently manage their time
in performing their activities. A lot of students struggle academically due to the amount of
activities and performance tasks they are assigned to do, or procrastinating and not
doing their activities in time, or having poor planning. Every student will learn to be
responsible and will improve their mindset.

- Students with busy schedules, like those who have a busy schedule due to sports, arts,
or competitions, have to deal with getting buried in a sea of activities. Our goal will be to
help them balance and manage their schedule, with the activities that will be given to
them by the teachers.

- Students who have been absent for a lot of time. These students will be struggling with
academics due to them being absent for a long time. They could be absent because of
health-related issues, accidents, or family issues. We will ensure to help them with their
academic problems and give them a proper schedule to work with!

D. Expected Outputs:
- Grade 10 students manage time more effectively.
- Grade 10 students are less burnt out by school.
- Grade 10 students produce better assignments and PeTa output.
- Grade 10 student grades are overall improved.
- Grade 10 student life in Information, Communication, and Technology
High School (ICTHS) is lessened by stress and cramming.

By the end of our session, the participants are expected to:


1. Be motivated to finish given academic tasks as early as possible.
2. Be introduced to different effective study methods and find out what works best
for them
3. Be able to do a lot of things in a short amount of time, as healthy as possible.
4. Learn the importance of a healthy balance between school and self.
5. Learn how to prioritize tasks from most urgent to least.
6. Consider the use of software and websites that help organize and manage
workload effectively.

Value Focus: What values will be explored or addressed in the session?

- On the way, we will learn to prioritize some of our tasks and separate difficult duties from
easy chores. It also encourages us to be a responsible student and adapt to the
environment around us. As we are doing the activities in our sessions, we will get to
improve ourselves, and give us room for growth. We’ll teach everyone how they can
efficiently use their time, and how we can work smarter. Everything we do will give us a
sense of discipline, commitments, and self-control. Overall, we’ll learn to be a better
person by knowing how to be committed, adapt to our environments, how to efficiently
use your time, be a responsible student, and generally, improve our lives.

Introduction and Warm-Up: What activities will engage and prepare participants for the
session content? (15 minutes)

- Have students list tasks in order of importance within a given timeframe. Discuss their
choices and emphasize the importance of prioritizing.

- Ask students to write down their current daily routine. Have them reflect on how they
spent their time and identify areas for improvement.

Reflective Thinking Activities: What specific exercises will encourage self-reflection? (15
minutes)

Anonymous Journal
- This can help your self-reflection because you can journal or write anything in your
thoughts and feelings based on your past experiences about what made you
procrastinate and be unorganized in time management. It is also anonymous. We will
read the answers out loud and give comments.

Meditation Practice
- Observing and respecting one's emotions, thoughts, and capability without showing any
judgment. This practice can help every individual to understand and develop their self-
awareness.
Structured Values Activities: What kind of structured activities will help participants
understand and apply the chosen value/s? (20 minutes)

- Here are some structured activities that will help our audience that can be applied for
long-term use or a part of our daily routine: (Focuses on practical skills, development,
self-reflection, and socially interactive learning experiences)

a. Time Tracking Polls among Peer Groups - A small activity where you can track and
schedule the lists of activities you need to accomplish within a set deadline. Form small
groups to regularly interact with and help each other to discuss problems, and issues
and share tips and strategies.

b. Study Methods - Pomodoro Technique, Let them learn this method—45 mins study
session 15 15-minute break, and repeat within a limited time frame (+Eisenhower Matrix
Technique and ABC prioritization method.)

c. Journaling - Keeping a reflective journal for documentation where they can adjust other
things strategically.
