2. Write your own reflection based on our previous course subject, Philippine Martial
Arts (Arnis) by answering the following questions below.

2. As a Criminology student, how can you apply those techniques in your field?

 Reminders for ACTIVITY 4

1. You are required to have a partner to execute properly the disarming technique.
2. Attire must be White T-Shirt and Jogging pants.
3. Be careful in doing the disarming techniques.
4. You are not required to use real weapon such as Bolo. (Improvised bolo is highly
appreciated)
5. Edit your video with caption of the different disarming techniques.
6. Send your video in our Facebook Messenger ( Group Chat )
