We are very pleased to welcome you to the Advanced Management Program 20th edition!

Accommodation
Booking will be centralized by TenarisUniversity in Hotel Zaza, but costs will be covered by each
participant’s area. In February you will receive an email with your reservation details based on
the check in/out dates you provided in the Event Participant Form.

Relevant info to plan your flight


• AMP Welcome Activity: Sunday, March 10th at 4.00pm at Rice
Opening Session followed by a Welcome Cocktail. There will be a shuttle service for participants
at 3.45pm from the hotel to Rice.
• Closing Event: Friday, March 15th will end at 4.00pm.
• TenarisBayCity Mill Visit (optional): Saturday, March 16th from 9.00am to 1.00pm
There will be a shuttle service for participants from the hotel to BayCity facilities (leaving the
hotel at 7.30am and returning at 2.30pm).

Flights should be managed by each participant and costs will be covered as a business trip by
each participant area.

Transport
A daily shuttle service will be provided to transport participants from the hotel to the University
during the Program.

Transport from and to the airport is under the responsibility of each individual participant and
covered by your area’s cost center. We suggest using Uber or Lyft as it is the most convenient
and efficient way to navigate the city.

For those arriving by car, parking lots will be available at the Central Campus Underground
Parking, located directly beneath Rice School of Business building.

Dining
Breakfast and lunch will be served each day at Rice. A Welcome Cocktail is scheduled on
Sunday, March 10th and the Farewell Dinner takes place on Thursday, March 14th.

Attire
Program attire is business casual.

AMP Community & Reading Material


The AMP 20 Teams Community will be our main communication channel, before, during and
after the Program.

Your participation in AMP will require some previous readings and pre-works. We will also
have two pre-webinars. Stay tuned for more details and information!
