For Lebanese passport holder

1- Required Documents:

Visa Application Fully completed in English and signed by the applicant

Form In case of Minors, signed by both parents
Two (2) Passport
Taken within the last three (3) months
Sized Photos
Valid Passport (or
With a minimum validity of three (3) months beyond the planned
Travel Document)
stay in Cyprus
and Copy of
In case of new passports, the old passport is also required

Evidence that shows that the applicant has enough money to
support himself/herself throughout his/her stay

a) Original Stamped Bank Account Statement (from the

applicant) for the last three (3) months with the present balance
b) Sponsorship of an Applicant’s Trip
A sponsor can be a person who will financially sponsor the
applicant’s trip only if:
i. The applicant is a child who is under the age of 25
ii. The applicant is a spouse
iii. The applicant is a parent who is over the age of 65
For the above cases the following should be provided:

i. Sponsorship Letter in English, stating that the sponsor will be

ii. An Original Stamped Bank Account Statement from the
sponsor, for the last three (3) months with the present balance
iii. An Original Stamped Bank Account Statement from the
applicant (if available) for the last three (3) months with present

A sponsor can be the employer of the applicant who will

financially sponsor the applicant’s trip for business purposes.
For the above case the following should be provided:
i. Sponsorship Letter in English, stating that the employer will be
financially sponsoring the applicant’s trip
ii. An Original Stamped Bank Account Statement from the
sponsor, for the last three (3) months with the present balance
iii. An Original Stamped Bank Account Statement from the
 applicant for the last three (3) months with the present balance
If Employed:

a) Employment letter in English and/or employment contract

showing the monthly salary
b) Employer’s business License/Certificate of Registration in the
Chamber of Commerce, Lebanon

Evidence of If Self-employed:
Employment Status
a) A copy of the business License/Certificate of Registration in
the Chamber of Commerce, Lebanon
b) Company’s / Businesses Original Stamped Bank Account
Statement for the last three (3) months with the present balance

If University Student:
Proof of enrollment
Evidence that shows where the applicant will be staying
throughout his/her time in Cyprus. It could be:
a) Hotel Reservation for the entire stay in Cyprus
b) Assumption of Responsibility for Hosting (found below), in
case the applicant will not reside at a hotel, but will be
Proof of accommodated by friends, family etc. The Assumption of
Accommodation Responsibility for Hosting Letter should be signed and stamped
by a Certifying Officer in Cyprus.
