5 quick tip for obtain AZ DP-100

I got all of this certificate after 2 months study from zero. In this article, I want to share the
tips to get these certificate and the mistake I make also. I hope you can avoid it and past all
of these exam more faster than I made.

Tip 1. Research the road map to get certificate before you start.
My friend gave me some advices that study and try to get some basic cert like AZ
-900 (Azure Fundamentals) at first, I didn’t follow because my goal is achieve the

higher cert like AZ 300 (Azure Architect) and DP 100 (Azure Data Science) and I don’t

want to waste my time for it.

I jump in the course about architecture and Data Science and soon realized that
there are a lot of fundamentals I didn’t hear before even that I have been using
Azure for more than 5 months. I had to stop during the course plenty of time to
research some keyword showed in the course and finally, I decided to stop and come
back to study from most basic cert. It’s AZ-900 (Azure Fundamentals).

Azure provide a great documents at bellow link. Just complete all of section listed on
the link, I sure you will past the AZ-900 and help you go to quickly.

Tip 2. Make the smart plan

I realized that instead of spend 1 hours/day for 3 weeks(~21 hours), it will be better
to spend more time per-day in short-term likes study 6 hours/day for 4 days, or 7
hours for 3 days.
Every azure course contain a ton of knowledge that hard to long-term memorize. So
my second tip is study hard for short time always easier to pass exam than spend too
much time to study.

Tip 3. Practice and take a note for every course

Used some take note techniques like mind map help me save a lot of time when I
need to review overall before take a test.

Tip 4. Research and do the exam question before take a real-test

There’re a lot of website they share the question list of the test. Not sure that you can
meet the same question on the real-test, but understanding the format of question
always the best, so you can focus 100% to answer the question instead of spending
your precious time to understand the format of question.

They have a lot of policies, but there are some importance that you’d better know before

take the test.

№1 If you don’t past the exam, you can retake after 24 hours.

№2 If you fail twice, you have to wait at least 2 weeks (14 days) to retake again.

№3, You may not take a given exam more than five (5) times within a 12-month
period from the first attempt. If you failed the exam 5 times, you’ll be eligible to
retake it again 12 months from the date of your first attempt.
