III. Objectives:

1. To be able to cook the dish without assistant or supervision.


2. To be able to serve the dish attractively and appetizing.
3. To be able to learn the proper preparation and cooking procedures.
4. To be able to follow the procedure correctly.

V. Ingredients:

1 cup Pineapple tidbits 45php per can 45php
¼ cup Mushroom 50php per can 10php
3tbsp. Soy sauce 13php. Per sachet 3php

1tsp. cornstarch 20php. (1/4 kg.) 1php
3 cloves Garlic 10php. Per piece 5php.
1 piece onion 15php. Per piece 15php
Pinch Salt & pepper 1php 1php

VI. Procedure:

1.Saute the garlic and onion then add the chicken and saute until the pinkish color is gone.

2.Add the soy sauce then simmer for a minute.

3.Add the water and bring to a boil, then add the pineapple, mushroom, salt and pepper to taste,
simmer for a few minutes until cooked.

4.Add the dissolved cornstarch then simmer for a minute and turn off the heat. Serve hot with rice!
