P1 LP7500: 1. Put 10 litters of water in the mixing tank.

5. Pour 12.9 liters of the solution into the P1 processing tank.
Put the rest of the solution into the W1 effluent tank.
P2 LP7500: 1. Put 8 liters of water in the mixing tank.
(BF) 12.8 L 2. Add 4 bottles (each for making 3.7 liters of solution) of P2 A of CP-49E to the
LP7600: mixing tank.
12.7 L 3. Add 4 bottles (each for making 3.7 liters of solution) of P2 B of CP-49E to the
mixing tank.
4. Add water (about 2.0 liters) to the mixing tank so that the total amount of the
mixed solution in the mixing tank becomes 14.8 liters, then, agitate the solution for
one or two minutes.
5. LP7500: Pour 12.8 liters of the solution into the P2 processing tank.
LP7600: Pour 12.7 liters of the solution into the P2 processing tank.
Put the rest of the solution into the W2 effluent tank.
PS LP7500: 1. Put 34 liters of FRSS water in the mixing tank.
(STB) 30.2 L 2. Add seven FSC100 tablets to the mixing tank, then, agitate the solution for one
LP7600: or two minutes.
29.1 L 3. LP7500: Pour 30.2 liters of the solution into the PS processing tank.
LP7600: Pour 29.1 liters of the solution into the PS processing tank.
Put the rest of the solution into the PS (STB) replenisher tank.

Add 4 tablets of Super Conditioner (FSC100) to 16 L of water deionized by FRSS10.

4. Add water (about 2.8 liters) to the mixing tank so that the total amount of the
mixed solution in the mixing tank becomes 15.6 liters, then, agitate the solution for
one or two minutes.
5. Pour the solution into the P2 processing tank.
Put excess solution into the W2 effluent tank.
PS LP7700: 1. Put 30 liters of FRSS water in the mixing tank.
(STB) 27.3 L 2. Add six FSC100 tablets to the mixing tank, then, agitate the solution for one or
two minutes.
3. Pour 27.3 liters of the solution into the PS processing tank.
Put the rest of the solution into the PS (STB) replenisher tank.
