• Project quality specifications (Consultant attach the list of material
that considers necessary at this stage, to be provide the Technical
Data Sheet (TDS), all necessary certificates and/or Sample for
approval before implementation of any works.
• Contractor needs to submit any list of material, equipment and
Method of Statement (MS) one month and half before start the
works, when applicable;
• Contractor to submit the TDS, Approval Form Sheet (AFS) and MS
in English and complete with the date of submission (form sheet is
in attach above).

• Inspections and tests. Contractor needs to submit inspection
request at least 24h before.

• Inspection sheet will be prepared by Contractor according to the needs

and submit on the MS for approval.

• Control of nonconformances: Is there are any nonconformity works
appears during construction, Contractor will propose the solution
and discuss with the consultant before take any action.

• Approval Form Sheet it’s has three (3) conditions: A. Not Approve
(Contractor’s can’t do the purchase and need to complete the
comments and information for Consultant); B. Approve
(Contractor’s can proceed with procurement/logistic); C. Approve
with Condition (Contractor’s can proceed with
procurement/logistic but still have comments to revise).

• Approval Form Sheet submit by contractor must include:
Description of material for approval, if possible, with pictures,
Technical data sheet, Certificate of company, Certificate of
products and tests of approval and/or Catalog and If any deviation
of the product submit that is not according project to submit.

• Minutes of Meetings (MoM) will be notes taken during
the weekly meeting, new points, updated decisions and
progress of work on site, results of a meeting. The
Consultant will subsequently submit an editable draft for
approval by all participants, if there is no comment within
24 hours, the MoM will automatically be assumed to be
correct.
• Minutes of Meetings are prepared weekly according to
the established schedule, Monday morning at 9am.
