We require our wordpress Theme to be set up, customised and all page links to be working

correctly, to the website, with the required plugins and SEO.

is a booking agent, all booking enquiries are by request only - no instant book at this stage,
but will be at a later date. ( so we still need this option in the background) Accommodation is
around the world. With most properties having different owners.

We are a brand new company that has not started operating yet. (just a husband and wife
operation)

We have a godaddy website in place for now, but it does not suit our requirements so we
have moved over to wordpress and will move the domain over once wordpress is set up and
close the godaddy website.

WordPress set up. – the basics

Setup Theme – already in word press - booklium for multiple properties and
activities,services, all pages etc.

1. Make sure all links from the dashboard are correct to website live pages.
2. Configure all of the tabs in the Dashboard.
3. Dashboard -adding properties, activities,services,amenities etc – Make it
simple by using Blocks, easy for me to add properties.
4. Add Ical link in the add property section – (if we can) - at the moment it is
an a separate area on the dashboard
5. Set up all locations /destinations – and make sure links are correct to the
website live page.
6. Add multiple currencies – plug in already installed.
7. Make search by dates an option at the moment it is fixed and does not give
an option to search just by destination. (if you can)
8. We have over 200 properties to add to the system in different destinations.

9. All properties to show as Enquire now (no option to instant book – there is
already a tick box for this, however the buttons need to be changed say
“enquiry” on website not book now or confirm booking -refer to test booking i
have made) - easy cuma ganti nama button-
10. Add different seasons and rates for each property. Each property has
different seasons and rates - if possible I would like to be able to add to the
property listing in the block section.
11. Tax- each country has a different tax, (How is the calculation of the TAX of
each country)
12. Phone App (like the Kokebali app) if this can be linked? .the whole mobile
app
13. Add company details and all logos - Bali Investment solutions and -easy-
 14. Email templates for quotes to be set up- letterhead/ logo company details and
template text. Invoices - template for each country -easy-
15. Bedding configurations, amenities, inclusions etc

Mailchimp - Enquiry forms, templates for enquiry,booking,pre arrival,departure

Required information – when the guests send their enquiry, if it is via a property or activity

Accounting
Invoicing, terms and conditions, client details, bookings,pending payments, payment
gateway. etc ( We do need a really good CMS - that we can show the owner of each of the
properties, commissions,taxes, images, descriptions, etc, that would link to the
website/dashboard also -this can be at a later date)

Linked to Social Media

Please note that all of the pages that are on the Theme live website are needed (we can
choose what to show on the website and what can be “hidden” , the colours are the correct
colours

I have not provided everything in full detail for what is required, as I want to make sure we
both have a very clear understanding of what we need, but the above is what we need to go
live, that all the links on the website are correct.

Again I am very happy with my wordpress theme - And I am also able to add all the plugins
that might be needed to make it meet my needs,

same style of company as , IE: work as “booking agents for destination

So, you can see the information provided for each property is in detail, images, rates,
seasons, descriptions, availability and are all enquiries only.

As I have mentioned, the wordpress website is not live yet.

I have added some information to see how the system works, other than that it is still the
demo site. – I have added: a page , some locations, rafting activity, property,
booking/enquiry. Company info. To test the system,

Once we have come to an agreement, I will send the information on setting up the themes
and using the plugins, if you need.
And, information on the properties, activities services etc, so you can add properties and
information, if you need it in a special format let me know.. You can also refer to the website
to see some of the properties, locations and activities, tours and transport. We have a lot
more to add that are not on the Godaddy website.
