Senior high school students today are digital natives. They have grown up in an era
where technology is a fundamental part of their lives, interacting with smart devices,
voice assistants, and AI-powered apps. This familiarity with AI technology opens up
This study aims to explore how senior high school students are using AI. It will look at
the current scenario to identify the different ways AI is being employed in education.
This includes examining AI-driven tools, apps, and platforms integrated into the
The study will also investigate the views and attitudes of senior high school students
towards AI. It will examine their awareness and comprehension of AI, their
experiences with AI-driven tools, and their views on the potential advantages and
drawbacks of AI in education. The insights gained from students' perceptions will help
Additionally, the study will analyze the effect of AI on student learning outcomes,
engagement, and motivation. It will investigate whether AI-driven tools lead to better
academic results, increased student involvement, and improved critical thinking skills.

By evaluating the impact of AI use, the study aims to assess the effectiveness of AI
In conclusion, this study aims to add to the existing knowledge about the use of AI
among senior high school students. By understanding the current scenario, exploring
students' perceptions, and evaluating the impact of AI integration, the study aims to
offer useful insights that can guide educational policies and practices. The study's
findings could potentially lead to the effective and responsible use of AI technology in
senior high school education, equipping students for the digital age's success.
The purpose of this study is to gauge artificial intelligence (AI) usage among senior

HYPOTHESIS
This study will focus on usage of artificial intelligence (AI) among senior high school
students at Llorente National High School. The study will be limited to students who
uses AI in their studies and currently enrolled in grade 11 in the strand of Humanities
and Social Sciences (HUMSS) at Llorente National High School, Llorente Eastern

The significance of the study “artificial intelligence usage among senior high school
students “Firstly, understanding how senior high school students use artificial
intelligence can provide insights into their digital literacy and technological skills. It
can help educators and policymakers design appropriate curriculum and training
programs to equip students with the necessary knowledge and skills to navigate and

METHODOLOGY
RESEARCH DESIGN
This study will utilize a descriptive research design to gather and analyze data
concerning with artificial intelligence usage among senior high school students. It
information.
The locale of the study will be at Llorente National High School, during school year
National High School was selected as the locale of the study due to its emphasis on
the Humanities and Social Sciences (HUMSS) strand which aligns with the focus on
HUMSS students.
The respondents of the study will be selected through a stratified random sampling of
all Grade 11 HUMSS students enrolled in Llorente National High School, school year
2023-2024.

conduct the study, given the approval, the number of respondents. This study utilized
a survey questionnaire in order to obtain the data from the respondents of the study
the survey questionnaire consisted two parts. Part I of the survey questionnaire will
be referred to the information about the profile of the respondents in term of sex, and

First, the researcher gather data on usage of artificial intelligence among senior high
school. This include information on artificial intelligence (A.I.) platform being used.
The researcher also how often they use A.I. applications or devices. The researcher
can examine of how students is familiar in Artificial intelligence and what is the
reason of using AI tools in school or studies. By analyzing the data that the
researcher gathered, researcher can evaluate the usage. It will determine the level of
the variables taken in the study after the data were collected
The data gathered for their study will be interpreted by the researchers using a
descriptive analysis. The purpose of this kind of analysis is to give a clear knowledge
of the variables involved by organizing and summarizing the data. The researchers
will pay close attention to descriptive connections between variables like usage of
using A.I.. They will be able to ascertain the degree of link between these variables
and other study criteria by looking at these correlations. To make inferences about
the links between the variables under study, the researchers will be able to discern
any patterns or trends in the data with the use of the descriptive analysis
