may be pleased to issue guardianship certificate in favour
of applicant appoint their as guardian for the person of
property of respondent No. 3, 6 and 9 as Mukhtaikar(Rev)
Talhar submits report respondents Nos. 3, 6 and 9 are
minors .

I, Arslan son of Muhammad, adult, Muslim, by

caste Machi, presently resident of Village Photo Machi,

Taluka Talhar, District Badin, do hereby state on solemn

affirmation as under:

1. That I am the applicant in the above matter and

well conversant with the facts of application.
2. That the application under order 6 rule 17 CPC
has been drafted and filed under my instructions as
Mukhtiarkar (rev) submitted report that respondents No.
3, 6 and 9 are minors.
