PT Suprabari Mapanindo Mineral (SMM) - 23.5% share holding

PT Suprabari Mapanindo (SMM) is the project to develop coal deposit located 100km south of MGM to form a future mining
complex with MGM in the Central Kalimantan. ICRA is holding 23.5% share of the company. Production of semi-hard coking
coal and high CV steaming coal is expected from 2012.

PT Marunda Grahamineral Mineral (MGM) - 23.5% share holding

This is ICRA’s first attempt to invest into an Indonesian project, having a 23.5% share of PT Marunda Grahamineral (MGM)
with 2 domestic individual partners. The mine is located in central Kalimantan, Indonesia. The project started to export in April,
2004. It produces around 1.8 mtpa of premium semi soft coking coal and high CV steaming coal.

We are multinational company in Coal Mining Industry in the North Barito, Central Kalimantan, with PKP2B permitted. We are
seeking professional and talented people to build career with us for the following positions:

1. General Operation Manager ( KTT )

2. Mining Manager
3. Safety Superintendent
4. Environment Superintendent
5. Paramedic
6. Community Relation Staff
7. Geologist Jr. Staff
8. Surveyor Jr. Staff
9. Administration (temporary staff – Jakarta Base)

Requirements:
a. Min. Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering (1.2)
b. Min. Bachelor degree in health safety and environment / Chemical (3,4,5)
c. Male min, 35 years, max. 50 years old (1,2,3,4)
d. Min. Bachelor degree in Geological Engineering (7)
e. Min. STM / D3 Mining / Geodesi (8)
f. Male min. 20 years old (5,6,7,8)
g. Min. 5 years experiences in relevant position (1,2)
h. Min. 3 years experiences in relevant position (3,4)
i. Fresh Graduation or Min. 1 years experiences in relevant position (5-8)
j. Willing to be assigned in site: Central Kalimantan (1-8)
k. Computer literate in software Mining (Minescape: Strat model, Opencut, etc (1,2)
l. Posses KTT Certivicate (1). POP, POM certificate (2-4).
m. Fresh Graduation, Min. SMK/SMA or D3, computer literate in MS. Office (9)
n. Female, min 20 years old, for contract 4 month (9)
o. Willing to be assigned in Head Office, Jakarta (9)
